Absolutely terrible! I drove over 15 miles, passing 6 beauty supply stores to get there to "find" a brand of hair that they "supposedly" carry. Originally they caught my eye through the sales flyer they sent out in the mail. No wonder theyre trying to get people in the door...I can only imagine how many other people have chosen to spend their money at other stores. While searching over 5 mins trying to find it by myself, Ive eventually asked for help. With not one but over four employees and not one even attempted to assist me. The funniest thing is one employee heard me complaining about the service and still didnt help. I even called other beauty supply stores in front of two employees to find what I needed, and they still didnt help. The sad thing is...that was the highlight of my experience in this store. If you enjoy shopping at stores with loads of trash all over the parking lot, terrible customer service, and one register open then be my guest. If not, safe your self the headache and go to Super Beauty Max.

These people are VERY RUDE...They have no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS....They cannot speak proper ENGLISH..I have been a BEAUTY EXCHANGE customer since 2011 in MIRAMAR FLORIDA..They know what customer service all about but the NEW STORE that just OPENED in EDGEWOOD WEST AVE IN JACKSONVILLE..These guys are PIGS....Pardon my french..One told me that he wasnt going to sell an item to me BECAUSE he is not BLACK ENOUGH..Ok let me pause and rephrase it and i qoute" GO TO THE NEXT CASHIER BECAUSE IM NOT BLACK ENOUGH HE IS AND HE IS THE MANAGER ANY DISCOUNT YOU WANT HE CAN DO IT" I came with a coupon that i brought from my house just because i put a CROSS to it he didnt want to take it.... Im seeking LEGAL ADVICE for that smart COMMENT #RACIST...THE WORST STORE..

Beauty Exchange has amazing discounts and awsome prices . I especially love all the professional profucts. They have all the brands of hair and even some very cute wigs also all the jewelry and accessories you can think of. They also have the best services the ladies are nice and very helpful. They even have a salon thats located in the back and they have great prices and awesome service as well. I had a great experience today and I will be coming back , thanks Beauty Exchange☺️☺️

Great prices I get more here than any other store. Very clean store and lots of options. One lady who worked there came over to help me she was very nice. Now the bald man at the cash register act like he had a attitude like didnt want to work. He need to get it together other than that its a ok place.

Bad customer service, playing with her phone at the register, the lady had me waiting on her in the middle of the check out process. Slow, didnt know how to work the credit card machine. Then moved me to another register and tried to charge me more.
