I visited this shop today with my sister-in-law. I intended to try on and purchase a wig I saw online. I decided to come back for the wig and as we left the shop we were asked if we paid 50 cents for a wig cap (I brought my own and my sister-in-law purchased hers upon arrival). I tell the woman at the front, "Yes..thank you!" and proceed to exit. A male employee yells from the back of the store, "No they didnt pay!" I say, "Yes sir we did." He states, "Well the girl working back here said you didnt!" So we walk to the back of the store where he says, "I dont know if you set the money on the counter, but its not there and you need to pay." I say, "We already paid, she put the money in the girls hand." This whole time he has an attitude and says, "Its no big deal! Other shops charge $5.00 for wig caps!" I state, "I know its no big deal sir, but I dont have another 50 cents to give you. She said she put the money in her hand so bring her out from the back!" The female employee comes around the corner and whispers, "They paid. I was talking about the white girls." The man that caused the whole scene turned and walked away without and apology for accusing us as thieves and liars! They WILL NOT be getting my business now! All over 50 cents! Horrible service!

I had been shopping there for yrs. Recently I bought my first hair weave. I asked the girl working w/ weave to help match my hair. She held the hair to mine and said perfect match. I bought it my hairdresser opened it it was Wayyy off. Store closed went back next morning the manager, a very rude asian guy wldnt exchange it. Said needed twist ties. I put them bk on came bk he said had to have orig tag, asked him if Id had tag Wld he exchange hair he said yes. I told him I Wld go get the tag, he then sd never mind. He lied svrl times. Cops were called manager said NO beauty supply store Wld exchange hair not even Broadway n Hawkins plaza.... long story short I went to Broadway, the hair was cheaper, staff friendlier, and they DO exchange hair. Also found out the girl sold me wrong color becuz they didnt have my color in that hair! NEVER shopping there again, will be calling the owner!!!

Store has a huge inventory however, we shopped there three days in a row and purchased well over $100. in merchandise. The last day we arrived just before closing and were in need of hair extensions to make a wig longer. Since they were closing the clerk said she would run and get the extensions. We purchased them, took the home, opened the package and discovered they were the wrong length. Upon contacting the manager to see about returning the item I was asked if we did anything to the extensions I said no because we didnt cut the weave or install clips. He said I could return the item. When I got to the store, he said he couldnt accept the package because it had been opened. So-I wasted my time (not to mention gas money!) I think its unfair. His clerk made the mistake or maybe thats how they get people to buy things they know they will not accept back. I will not shop there again.

I did love this shop for awhile, but there is a worker there who makes the experience unpleasant. You will see her if you go in to buy a hairpiece or a wig. She is quite pointblank and does not like it when people deviate from what SHE thinks is best. I remember once browsing through the falls (hair attachments with combs) and taking my time. This woman pointed to what she thought was best and I acknowledged that and kept looking. My friend asked the woman if there was anything else and the worker irritably responded, "I already told her what would look good on her." I noticed upon other visits that she treats everyone like this; telling them to sit down and let her take care of it. She is not friendly. My mother and I do not even shop there anymore because of her attitude and behavior.

They have the worst shopping experince in the world if you decide to go to a hair store go to A&A by save lot on Copley rode they dont like African American they said we waste or money on hair and cant get our kids through collage they kicked us out for looking at there products rude and racial

I went there today with my mother in law we had a great experience and she tried in like 10 wigs they were very pleasant we bought a nice synthetic for 40 and they had a huge selection will definitely be a repeat shopper so much to choose from wigs and all hair accesories
