Yesterday I picked up a nail in my 2015 Ford Fusion my tires only had 4,000 miles on them and after looking into the warranty that came with my tires unfortunately "road damage" wasnt covered. After a few people recommended this place I decided to give them a try. I pulled in a couple minutes before they opened and the whole team was already working on other customers I was glad because I was worried I was too early I went to grab my tire out of the trunk to roll inside and immediately The manager Michael greeted me in the parking lot and checked out the damage. And then carried the tire into the shop for me which was very courteous and I knew right away I would be taken care of. I told him this was my first time there and he assured me they would have it fixed in no time. His team of staff were very fast paced and worked very well it was nice to see a bunch of smiling faces and I could tell that they enjoyed what they do and that they enjoyed working under Michael. After 15 minutes they had my tire sealed and ready to go they even balanced my tires for me. All free of charge I couldnt be happier with my experience here and if I ever run into any problems Ill know where to go if anyone is looking for a trustworthy dependable shop this is the place to go!

I had to stop here on the way home after coming out of the Toledo Zoo to a flat tire. Due to being back into earlier on our vacation, the spare was already on the car and I had to put the tire with the bent rim back on and make the 15 minute trip to Discount Tire. I specifically searched for a Discount Tire because no matter which one I have been to, they have always taken care of me, and this one was no exception. I went inside, explained my situation, and the sales associate followed me out to take a look. He was pretty sure that they could fix the bent rim to make it safe for my trip home, and they would try to fix the flat. Since they do their repairs and other service work for free, he wrote it all up for nothing and they went to work, promising to have me on the road in about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, they werent able to fix the flat, and had to replace it. However, the still were able to fix the bent rim and had me and my family back on the road in a little more than an hour. All the while everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and proving once again why I choose to always give their company my business.

Needed a set of new tires, wanted to go from stock street tires to a set of mud tires. They walked me through which would fit, which would be the best for my budget, and were able to walk through everything with me. Showed up for my appointment and the staff there was phenomenal. Felt like they really appreciated my business and treated me like I was one of their own. Will absolutely be coming back for any other future purchases.

Spent nearly $900 for Michelin Defender tires with 90,000 treadlife warranty... . Tires improperly inflated (no two matched) and wheels retorqued to proper specs. Worst of all, two tires replaced yesterday with less than 30,000 miles/17 months driving! What a disappointment all around. Did a bit more research (after the fact) and found same tires a local store for $125 less/set of four, with 36 month free replacement warranty.

Nothing but the best service Im from out of state and had tire problems going around seeing who has the best deal everyone tried making money from me and my family knowing we are out of state. Then I finally found discount tire and they saved the day and the trip so now as I go back to New York I know my family is safe and we didnt have to break the bank when you go make sure to ask for a gentlemen named john

The best place around!! I love going there because the workers are so nice and helpful, theyre always trying to help the customer get the best deal with a great product, and theyre not like a typical salesman always trying to uncharge or upscale someone! And theyre very speedy too! I refuse to buy my tires from anywhere else because Discount Tire is the best place to go!

Visited Discount Tire for the first time the other day, in this neck of the woods Tireman is probably the most highly used shop but I decided to switch it up. Im glad I did! Very nice staff, they were the cheapest around and they had 4 tires mounted and balanced in only 40 minutes! At Tireman that has taken hours. Highly impressed and will certainly be repeat customer.

Super nice gentlemen that knew what they were doing, took time to explain some stuff, and I never felt like I was getting ripped off. They have the character front of a salesman, but very honest. Plus you can stop in whenever and get free air in your tires.

Stopped in unexpected while traveling in a Sprinter-based rv to have tires balanced. Friendly, prompt and done correctly. Consistent service across the country, which is why I purchased my tires from Discount Tire.

They offer free flat tire: air/tire repair if they can fix your flat tire; BUT, if your tire is ruined and since they already have your tire off, then you Must buy a tire from them!! Keep that in mind!
