Im a big fan of Walmart because of its convenience but this one right here is the worst Walmart Ive ever been to... ever! Here is one of my most recent stories: Not too long ago when Super Smash Bros Wii U came out I called Walmart and asked if the game was available at their location. The guy who answered the phone said that he didnt know and that the phones in the electronic department were down. He did that I should call back when the phones are working again.... WHAT?! I told him to walk down there from wherever he was and check. He reluctantly put me on hold to go do so. 10 minutes later he returns to tell me that they dont have the game. I ended up buying the game from Meijer but ended up having to go to Walmart anyways to see if they had any controller adaptors for the gamecube controllers. I would have called but didnt feel like dealing with the bs. As Im in the gaming section looking for the adaptor guess what I see...? You guessed right... freaking Super Smash Bros Wii U! If I every worked at Walmart I would be promoted 10 times within the first week with no effort. Team of monkeys!

Quite simply one of the worst retail experiences anyone can be asked to endure. This store only exists to demonstrate that zero is a real number on the rating scale. I am a Ann Arbor native, and have shopped at this location on several occasions and each time Ive regretted it. From the unkempt aisles, dirty bathrooms, under-stocked shelves, and unhelpful staff...this place is terrible! Knowing that this store has shaky inventory, I called ahead to ensure an item was indeed in-stock before making the trip out there. The phone seemingly rang endlessly before it was eventually answered by the service desk, upon being transferred to the appropriate dept. I continued to hold for a several more minutes before eventually growing frustrated and hanging up. Bottom line: the high cost of their low prices may prove too much for those wanting decent service...if you have other options I recommend pursuing those before shopping here. 0 point 0

If you are lucky enough to actually call in and talk to a department, you are in the 1%. Calling this store is a TOTAL waste of time. I have NEVER called in and been able to talk to the requested department. I have never done a online review of a store but people need to be forewarned, this store is DEPLORABLE! Truthfully they should just shut down. The have a million excuses why they cant do this or that when you call. I am told the dressing room answers all incoming calls...REALLY? Yet, there is always a greeter at the door, how incredibly stupid is that? Welcome to Walmart, come by some junk and dont expect to EVER have an assistance beyond that! Recently did a return on an item after I waited 20 minutes so they could do an EMPLOYEES return now the return isnt even showing up on my Walmart credit card, dope! I plan to cancel my Walmart credit card and shop elsewhere!

Very picked through, even for a walmart, at every hour of the day. I have been in the morning, evening, afternoon, and late night. It is NOT A FULL SIZE STORE!!! Please make note of that, there are significantly less stock options and in some cases none in the non-food sections. Staffing is also generally bad. Every time i ask about an items stock i get a run of the mill "this is all we have". Yet, i know its not because i have had employees check at least and find they DO have it. Also, good luck finding someone to help allow you into the changing room. I WOULD have spent over $100 on jeans but only got 1 pair because i couldnt try them on. You are better off going to the saline Walmart! Its only 15 down the road. Customer service is the ONLY reason/department that this has 2 stars. They treated me well and efficiently for a large return.

This is absolutely the most horrible walmart in our area. I have problems with them pretty much every time I deal with them, wheather it is on the phone or in the store. I sat on hold on the phone for over an hour waiting for them to tell me if they had a book. They picked up the phone three different times and just put me back on hold when I told them how long I was waiting. I wonder if the store manager knows how his store is run? Customer service is terrible. The ONLY reason I deal with this store is because it is across the street from job. I dont go there if I have any other choice. People that work there should be ashamed. Have some pride in the job you do and the way you treat people!!!

Rude daytime employees that brush you off like cattle, especially at the service desk and registers. Not sure how this cesspool is even still going. Garbage attitudes, slow service, and I always find something moldy in the grocery section. Its such a bad location that they refuse to sell decent clothing because they know it gets stolen. I went to get something in pets and I couldnt even find the dog toy because NOTHING IS HANGING UP. Its all thrown on the ground. I wanted a fish from there too, but I cant see half of them because theres no lighting, and the half I can see are floating around, dead. What is wrong with this place?

We(black people) stood at the gaming cabinet at least 10 minutes before someone helped us. At least 8 (black people) people passed us on their way to clock in or out, Im assuming, and no one even asked if we needed help. Finally someone (a white person) passing by the aisle pulling a heavy pallet, stopped what he was doing and asked if we needed help and assisted us right away. He apologized for us having to wait and for the people not assisting CUSTOMERS at that. Its such a shame how our own people act and I would like to apologize to him for our peoples behavior.

This Walmart is one of the worst I have been in. The food selection is always picked over, the place is just dirty, and they painted the front of the store brown. I have only been there is the last 6 months for the Vision Center (which is actually pretty good). Before, if I went there, half of the time I left after standing in line for 20 minutes and not moving. I believe they put the least capable employees at the registers, and then the least capable of those in the express lane. Checkout there takes 30 minutes minimum, every time.

Rude, I ask for a specific item that I couldnt find and their response "Well if you didnt find it back there then we probably dont have them" even tho their site says they sell it at this specific location. Then when I get cash out their self-check out stations they only have 20$ and up as the options and as I go and ask for change for Bus fare money they say they dont do change. Like how in the hell do you not do change? Do yourselves a favor and shop at Meijers down at Carpenter.

what is the point of having self checkout machines if you do not use after certain hours. Plus having a single cashier at night was absolutely ridiculous. Opening 24 hours but without service is a joke. Charge me more and hire somebody to monitor your self serve checkouts. Meijers less than 2 miles away keeps their self serve checkout open all night! My time is worth more than few cents more you could charge me per item to hire somebody else to open the self serve checkout!
