I come in looking for a tool. I ask for the tool. The rep says I dont really need that part and that Im wrong to even think I need that tool. I start to second guess myself...ask him what tool I need. He says I shouldnt need a tool for this job I want to do. I look it up on my smartphone...show him a youtube video of the part I need. He goes and complains about my car company: "Of course they have a tool for that. You need a tool for that. Yeah, we dont have that tool." Also their oil is overpriced.

This is the "hub" of the Advance stores in the Northern Columbus area. If you need a part, this store is the most likely to have it. The staff here are friendly and helpful and know far more than some of the stores in higher class areas. I go here everytime even though there are two stores closer to me.

Very knowledgeable staff. Its great that they will test your battery and install it for free. Sometimes it seems like they are understaffed so getting help can take a while if someone is outside helping someone else, or if there is a line outside and you need your windshield wiper blades installed.

Half the time they would refer me to Napa and the other half I wish they would have. Ive gotten the wrong part, and damaged parts from them numerous times. After the last time of getting the wrong part Im done wasting my time there. Ill drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Napa.

Came in store asked Brent how he was doing. His response was "well i was doing good" he just was plan rude. So i left because bad customer service is pathetic. Leave your problems at home and treat people better. Will never go there again.

Quality parts at a decent price. Go to place for parts I need quickly and good help. With warehouse nearby able to order parts and have them here quickly.
