Jersey Motors continuously failed to resolve issues with the vehicle I purchased from them in March of 2011, a 2002 VW Jetta. The check engine light originally came on after I drove it off the lot, and the odometer wasnt working correctly. I was in contact with them about getting issues resolved, and at first I had good contact with Rick at Jersey Motors, who assured me that they would take care of the issues, as they wanted me to be completely satisfied. He first sent me to one of their mechanics to get the codes checked, but the mechanic was unable to read the codes on VWs (which ended up being a wasted trip that racked up just under 120 miles to get there and back). Jersey Motors started to ignore voice mails and texts after this, and I wasnt able to get through to them, and thats when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I took the Jetta to the local VW dealership, Midwestern Auto Group (Dublin, OH), and had them check over the vehicle. They listed several problems with the car, which I then took back to Jersey Motors. They agreed to replace the oxygen sensor, which was the issue they claimed was setting off the check engine light. While the Jetta was there, they put about 257 miles on it. They insisted that the problem couldnt be the catalytic converter, even though that was the code that kept coming up. They also said that the whistling sound that was always present upon startup was normal for VWs. Neither of these were true though. When I got the vehicle back from Jersey Motors, the check engine light was off, but the very next day, the check engine light popped back on. I took the Jetta back to Midwestern Auto Group to have the work done there, which has been done, as I dont want to deal with Jersey Motors anymore. I feel they are dishonest, and knew the issues with the vehicle from the beginning and still sold the car despite problems. The issues that had to be resolved at the dealership included the broken upper hose on the secondary air pump, the reader coil which was faulty and needed replaced, and the catalytic converter which also needed replaced. All this work came to around $1720.00.

I purchased my vehicle through Jersey Motors this past beginning of February 2017. Jersey Motors is hands down one the best places I have ever bought a car from. I just happened to get lucky and found Jersey Motors online when searching for a car. His website of inventory & details online is exactly what you see & get when you come in person. I loved this because they were well organized & up to date. I ended up getting the exact car I came for, the exact deal I seen, including terms (2007 Pontiac G6- Sedan- 66,000 Miles). Jersey Motors had the best deal around, with other car lots charging way more for way higher mileage. The quality of service and respect was of the highest professional manor (as was each staff member there). Dante Scuderi, owner of Jersey Motors, made this process super smooth and easy Jersey Motors worked with me in terms of down payment, financial terms, and allowed me to pick my due date of monthly payment. My car is awesome and I am positive I got the best deal and greatest quality for my money at Jersey Motors. This will be the place I recommend to friends/family and will continue to purchase vehicles from in the future for many many years!

As far as a buy-here, pay-here program, there is no other dealership I would recommend above Jersey Motors. In early 2015, Dante helped my 19-year old daughter get into a safe, quality vehicle as well as begin to establish her credit. I was very leery of most of the buy-here, pay-here dealerships in the area. However, after being referred to Dante at Jersey Motors by a reputable used car dealer (who was unable to help my daughter), I read as many reviews as I could about Jersey Motors. With the recommendation and overall great reviews, we decided to pay Dante a visit. As we expected in purchasing a used car, it had a few gremlins to work out, but nothing too costly (needed a new battery, oil change, etc.). Overall, we were impressed by the quality of the vehicle and the fair asking price. My daughter has only needed to make one repair to the car since she purchased it in January 2015. Thanks to Dante and his mechanical team, Jersey Motors was able to fix the problem at a significant savings. Thank you, Dante & Jersey Motors, for providing the service that you do! Have you ever hard the saying" cars are a dime a dozen"? well NO, NOT MY CAR and your shouldnt be either. Buying a car is a big deal and there are many choices out there. So how do you know what is the right choice? You read reviews! As I near the end of my loan I reflect on the whole process and I want people to know that there is a dealership that is trustworthy and honest! Prior to my purchase I had a ton of questions over the life of several phone calls. They never got upset and they never stammered over my uncomfortable hard questions. They are straight shooters and they know cars. Period. If trustworthy and honest and reliable is on your list you must before buying anyplace else go to jersey motors..check out their cars talk to their staff. I will be a return customer for sure. I give 5 stars and if i could give 5 more i would. Thank you Dante at jersey motors!

Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. Jersey motors was the most upfront straight shooting dealer I had visited. Just purchased my 3rd car from Dante. I First purchased a car for my daughter almost 5 years ago and it has been a great car needing very little maintenance. I purchased a 2012 Kia a year and a half ago for myself and had no problems until I was rear ended and it totaled my car out. So I decided to return to replace my car. Its been 3 months since my 3rd purchase and I love my jag, especially the ice cold air it has been providing during this heat wave. For a great reliable car, visit jersey motors. They WILL treat you right.

I purchased my second vehicle through jersey motors. Dante and his staff are more than accommodating and take great care of their customers. For instance I did have an issue with my oil pan shortly after purchasing and they replaced it at no charge to me. Ive brought my car to them for regular maintenance and they offer fair prices for excellent work. Being a young woman most mechanic shops will Nickle and dime me and try to upsell me on ridiculous things I dont need. Jersey motors doesnt do that by any means. I highly recommend getting your next vehicle here. Ill definite be using them again in the future!.
