I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I purchased a used SUV from them about 2 months ago. I was told it had a bad passenger hub, after about $3000 in parts later and the SUV sitting in my garage on a jack for about 6 of those weeks and after almost catching on fire while my kids and I were in it. I contacted the dealership right around the 30 day mark and told them that we had to replace the serpentine belt, most of the pulleys, the power steering pump, rack and pinion, both front rotors, both front hubs, ball joins, both front struts, both stabilizing bars, front breaks, front tires, and an alignment. I told them that I was driving and found my back tire smoking due to the back hub needing to be replaced (which was not mentioned on purchasing). Their response to me was that it is a used SUV, they offered parts at cost, which my husband can get since luckily he is a mechanic. I explained what I was told when I bought the car and was more than willing to accept any help in getting the SUV running, the owners response (other than parts at cost) was that they "couldnt help me" other than that I got no response. Since then he has replaced or is currently replacing, both back hubs, both back rotors, breaks, both back struts, both parking breaks, ball joints, both back A arms and tires. I understand that it is a used SUV but repairs should not cost almost as much than you actually paid for the car. I cant even imagine how much the repairs would have cost had we had to pay for labor. Customer service is a key role in car dealerships and the customer service I received was absolutely no help and a complete waist of my time. I will never use Ross Premier Motors or recommend it to anyone.

GUY at this business who i wont mention his name..TOLD ME FOR 65 BUCKS HE WOULD DO A INSPECTION ON OUR JEEP I TOLD HIM I THOUGHT THAT THE transfer case was going out he told me that he would let me know later that day he gave me a report list said that he found many things wrong with our jeep including transfer case reason i was thinking it was that was due to the rattle ling or clanking from in that area any how the list racking up to about 4000 in parts alone of course i was a bit shaken up because at that time our funds were not so good but of course he being a jeep collector offered to give me 2000 for my jeep . instead i decided to buy a transfer case for 700 bucks then had my son replace it but found that the jeep was making the same damn noise plus had all the other issues looked at by my brother who had been in town for a few days who is also a master mechanic once he jacked the jeep up off the ground got under the damn thing he found the only problem/ it was the front wheel drive universal joints that only cost 12 bucks and 20 mins to replace all the other issues were checked and found to all be in good condition. this scum bag got me for 760 bucks trying to scam me out of our jeep making the jeep out to be in bad shape and very expensive to fix so that the 2000 would be a great deal. how many people have falling victim to this company no doubt that this happens all the time. i tell everyone to say away from this place reported it to the bureau of better business... scum bags...

I traded a 2 for one deal and I might of had some neg.equity on my trades but they gave me more than any other dealer out there would. i bought a 07 F 150 F X 4 we love this truck Dave and Richard worked great with me and my wife the finance guy did a great job also and Zach the main guy was great also. I will come back again.

There was nothing pushy about the salesmen & they made sure they did everything they could to help me and listen to my questions/concerns.
