I just bought a used car from here and I have to say, these guys are on the ball. I was looking at a 2006 police interceptor and during the test drive, I mentioned that the passenger power window switch wasnt working great. I didnt make a big deal about it because when you buy a 9 year old car, you expect to replace a few things here and there. I had also mentioned that Id like a spare tire. After the test drive, we negotiated a price and I left to get the money. I came back in just over an hour with the money and my tag. He handed the tag off to someone and he and I did the paperwork. We were chatting as you can see by the things in the office, they are true car guys. They were watching the Mecum auction and talking about hot rods and I found out that theyre also from NY. Before I knew it, the paperwork was done and the car was waiting for me out front with the plate already affixed, the spare tire and jack (which I really dont need since I have AAA) and they even replaced the power window switch. Youve got to remember, I said the spare tire thing BEFORE I test drove it and mentioned the switch in passing, not even thinking theyd fix it. I mean, its a cheap and easy part for me to fix, but didnt need to. I believe his name is Frank and he just paid attention to details. Lets be honest. No one likes buying used cars, especially from dealers. I used to buy and sell cars in my 20s to make extra money so I know how to spot a good deal, but dealing used car dealers usually makes you feel "uncomfortable". Not these guys. I was very impressed and will recommend them to anyone that needs used car. Now that I have the car for over 24 hours, I can tell you I got a great deal. My son has owned two ex-police cars and he told me this one was the best one yet, and it turns out its the cheapest one too! We may buy a second one and Im going right back to Frank and his father and tell them what I want and Im sure theyll get it for me.

My brother has been looking for a P71 Police interceptor for some time now.. Most are pretty beat up and high priced for their condition and mileage... He stumbles upon a Craigslist ad for a 2005 model with 90K at Brothers Auto sales in Palm Harbor. So I took him the 1-1/2 hour drive over there expecting to see the typical worn out Police interceptors........ Boy were we both shocked at what we found. Out of the 8 or 9 he had, all were super clean, well cared for Police vehicles with great mileage.. Test drove the 05, drove great... Offered a little below asking, they accepted and the deal was done! They even threw in the front push bar and Kevlar truck storage my brother really wanted on it.. Great guys to deal with... Fair and not your typical used car dealership... Very easy purchase and highly recommended. On a side note, the cars brake lights were not working after purchasing the car and leaving the dealership.. After checking it out, I found that the police department added a toggle switch to disable the brake lights...when they removed the police console they cut the wiring leaving the brake light circuit open.. A quick splice got us home... Once home I removed all their added wiring putting the circuit back to factory which resolved the problem for good. Car did great on the 100+ mile drive home.... Very pleased with the car and now I want a matching one to my Brothers... lol

Honest, no-frills business done, now were in love with our 2nd new Police Interceptor. This family owned business was helpful, honest, and just what we needed. Owner Frank helped us, then in the evenings his son Michael (who is the main-cop-car-point-of-contact, its his thing) would come by after his other work and help answer even more questions. They have a constantly growing selection. They get new cop cars (they have other vehicles too, but this is what we were in the market for, so its what we know) monthly after they go to the Public Auctions. The vehicles come straight from there, and were government maintained, no private owner. Theyre good, reliable cars, and now we have two. Check them out, theyve got a great selection.

I was pretty skeptical about the low price versus advertised condition of a truck they had. I drove nearly 80 miles to look at it. Low and behold I drove it home after looking it over. They dont have a fancy or confusing website, shiny showroom or elaborate building (hence the appeal rating), just an old-school used car lot. Not sure what the other poster was referring too, because I didnt see any "wrecked pieces of crap" on the lot - in fact they have another truck we may go back and test drive soon. Frank was straight forward and honest about the truck I wanted. No haggling, pressure, or BS to get me to buy it. He even gave me $20 to put gas in it. Thanks again Frank! Drove an hour and a half to see a SUV they had on the lot. Wasnt expecting to drive it home. Great people and great prices. Made me feel at home, no haggle negotiations. After I called the bank for the loan and they asked what the vehicle was, I told them what I got it for and even the bank told me I got an awesome deal. $2000 less than trade in value so I already have equity as soon as I drove off the lot. The next morning I woke up and the truck wouldnt start. It was a bad battery. Called Frank back at the dealership and he paid for me a new one! Awesome guys. Highly recommend. Dont let the location or look of the place fool you. Great vehicles for great prices.

Best car buying experience in years. If youre looking for a local used car without all the added cost that a big dealership has, this is your place. A comparable vehicle at a brand name dealer could be easily 20% more (in my experience). He seems to keep cost down with a simple lot and very little showmanship. Just fair prices and fair cars. I would refer family to them for a day to day knock around car.

Bought my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria here a month or two ago ago and it was a great experience. I talked to Michael mostly and he was not pushy at all. It was much appreciated.
