This dealership is wildly entertaining! When someone purchases a vehicle, it should not be delivered with an empty gas tank, so yes, I demanded gas! I paid the deposit with my American Express card, and paid cash for the vehicle, so that within itself should be pretty evident that funds were not an issue. Your salesperson was very aggressive, and his persistence is actually what closed the deal, not any of the nonsense that you stated. I expressed what I was willing to pay and presented that number to him based on the Kelly Blue Book value of the vehicle. No intelligent person would believe that out of the goodness of your heart that you simply decided to cut the price in half- please dont be ridiculous. As for hugging and kissing folks, you cannot be serious; do not be inappropriate when referring to me - maintain your professionalism! My initial salesperson wasnt even there that day due to him falling down the night before; he communicated that to me when he called to apologize for being unable to make it to work to finalize the transaction himself. I thanked and tipped the mechanic for fixing a few minor things- clipping in wood door panels to be exact! The window was broken and he fixed that AS HE SHOULD HAVE- who would purchase a vehicle with a broken window? I can actually post my text to your salesperson, and post the call history as it will show who initiated the phone call- if you like. He called me yelling about my less than favorable review, I hung up on him, and followed up with a text reminding him that yelling at a customer is NEVER acceptable! I even invited him to call me back once he had an opportunity to calm down! Oh, and yes, I did go to Advanced Auto Parts to price break pads and rotors because it was discovered when I went to have the tires balanced, rotated, and the vehicle aligned less than a week into owning it, that those needed to be replaced immediately! I can replace break pads and rotors myself with a little help so there is no shame in that- I think it is actually pretty cool/impressive. And when I called the salesperson to advise that I was disappointed, he explained that as a dealer, he gets better pricing on parts and offered to check- please get the facts straight, and do not create your own narrative! You would have been better off not responding to this post in a negative manner, and instead review your policies and procedures to see what improvements you could make to ensure EVERY customer going forward has a positive buying experience! The way you operate is unprofessional and shameful! I am unsure of who in your office writes these responses, but they may need some training on proper etiquette when dealing with customers who have had a less than favorable experience. Perhaps trying to fix the issue as opposed to making up lies and attacking customers might be a better approach! I will not return even though we will need other cars in the future, and I will not recommend other potential car buyers either. My husband purchased his car from Mercedes Benz South Orlando and urged me to do the same; clearly I should have listened. Providing good customer service is still important and you should strive for that, but clearly that is lost at this dealership; you should be embarrassed. Oh, and I wish you the best also.

First off - Exotic Motors came highly recommended by a friend who had also sold a car via consignment - exactly what we were hoping to do. Staff was attentive and made us feel quite positive they would be able to sell our car and meet our objective in terms of $$$ from the sale. Car sold in about a month but measurably below the minimum we had hoped for which was disappointing. However, at this point we were just glad to have sold the car. Went down to pick up our check the day after sale and was given a post-dated check (10 business days so really 14 calendar days). They stated that this was normal procedure in the used car market when the car was financed as it took a while for them to actually get their money. Without a choice as the car was long gone, I took the check and waited. On the day it was dated, assuming there would not be an issue, I went to MY bank (not the issueing bank) and deposited it. The funds were on hold until it cleared. 8 days later I got the NSF notification from my bank. I immediately got on the phone to Exotic and voiced my extreme displeasure in the events that had occurred. Ultimately spoke with Dee to get the issue resolved. While there was some concern for what happened it was encapsulated in a number of excuses that makes one question the overall business practices. They were going to have the funds available the next day. I requested delivery of the cashiers check as early as possible the next day, with early afternoon being the latest due to scheduling issues for me. Was told they would call in the morning to set up. By 11AM, I still had not heard so I called them. Dee informed me she had just gotten in and that they were planning to deliver the check around 3PM. She would call when someone was on the way. At 2:10 having not heard a word and knowing that it is at least an hour away, I called to get an update. Dee was out and would not be back for 20 minutes. No one had any knowledge of whether the person delivering the check was on the way.. At 2:35 Peter (owner) called to say that Dee was getting the check (finally) and someone would be on the road as soon as she got back and they would call to confirm. At 3:10 a call from the delivery driver who said he would meet me at about 4:15. Check finally delivered at 4:35. Too late to get to my bank today!!! Just one long string of falure and disappointment after failure and disappointment. There was absolutely no sense of urgency on their part to correct an inexcusable error that was entirely their fault. You would think that making this right would be a top priority, but maybe this is a constantly reoccurring situation that they deal with on a regular basis. Bottom line, I cannot and will never recommend them based on the financial transaction failure and the horrific service in correcting the error and lack of consideration to our schedule. Not even sure that if I hadnt kept calling that I would have seen the check today. Hard for me to believe that they can stay viable in the business with a cash position that is so tight that they are working transaction to transaction. Under the idiom "where there is smoke there is fire", the number of less than flattering reviews should not be dismissed.

The owner is a MAJOR Jerk & doesnt know how to speak to people. He acts like ur nothing if u dont have a lot of money to burn there. I took a Mustang GT that I bought from a guy who bought it from them a year ago. He was VERY nasty about it & said he didnt want THAT THING on his lot even though he sold it to the guy who I bought it from. He was nasty enough that he deserved a good punch in the mouth but I let it go. Then I spoke to the Consignment manager who charged me DOUBLE then what others charge but he made it sound like they take such GREAT care of ur car & gave me such a speal about how quick it would be sold & told me there will be ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES that my car was safe there. GUESS WHAT? My right middle and back side were scratched all up because they keep so many cars SO CLOSE To each other. My right back tire was flat low. My Dash was Cracked inside, my antenna was bent, my left door panel was popped out, my cable to charge my LCD Remote that I gave to the MANAGER & TOLD him NOT to loose it, well he had no idea where it went. So I confronted him about it & told him if he doesnt fix the scratch issue first I would get an attorney. He said go ahead cause the Owner has more money than GOD HIMSELF. He said that to me 3 times. He said he would fix it. Ok I go to get it a few days later. All they did was buff it out and u can tell they didnt use paint to fix it, which left blotches in several areas that didnt come out. At that time is when I noticed I had a cracked dash, broken door panel, bent antenna, a gash on the right side. I ask THREE PEOPLE about it & NO ONE could tell me how it happened or who did it. NO ONE wanted to take responsibility for it. I have taken pictures of it & I showed one of them pictures of it the day I took it to them cause he was trying to accuse me of bringing the car to them that way, which he felt stupid when I showed him the pics I brought it MINT. I wrote a letter to the better business bureau & im going to go to small claims court when I get back from NY. Its amazing how u r supposed to TRUST these dealers with ur car but since its not theres & they couldnt sell it, they just dont care nor want to take responsibility. They wouldnt even refund my fee for the Consignment. Everytime I called, they NEVER call back. The manager was either on vacation for 2 weeks, or gone with a knee issue for another week, sick another, always excuses. I even showed up there 4 times in 2 months & he was never there. When I asked the receptionist about him, she said he is a manager & makes his OWN hours. When I finally caught up with him he said he is there everyday, then when I showed him the days I was there thats when he was giving me excuses listed above. DONT BOTHER GOING THERE, THERE IS SO MUCH COMPETITION OUT THERE THEN TO BE DEALING WITH DISHONEST DEALERS LIKE THIS WHO FEEL THEY HAVE MORE MONEY THEN GOD!! Dont say I didnt warn u.
