This company sold us a vehicle AUDI all road for $3500 guaranteed it was a low milage car.upon getting into it it said 130K.the dealer said for this type of car that was LOW MILAGE .this should have been our red flag. After signing the papers and driving away the car fell to pieces.the transmission blew after 1 week the air shocks broke , and the vihicle drives and sits at a complete tilt and slant. I took the vehicle to 3 different mechanics,all of which said YOU WERE SOLD A TERRIBLE INVESTMENT WE DONT AND WONT HAVE YOU PUT A DIME IN THIS VEHICLE. i contacted the company and immediately the owner told me,threatened me that if i spoke GENTLY he would assist us in making it right ,but if i spoke aggresively he would hang up and LEAVE US OUT TO DRY. i grabbed as much pride as i could humanly swallow and spoke GENTLY to this grown baby,gave him some milk and rubbed his back.i had to tell him all would be ok instead of him assuring me it will be ok. He gave me direct orders to contact his son ANTHONY who sold the car to us,and said we would need to talk w him first to make an appointment.we emailed ANTHONY requesting a return response ASAP and we softly spoke to him requesting a resolution to the issue at hand.2 weeks have gone by now and still no response.the vehicle is now sitting parked in our driveway UNDRIVABLE and yet again another phone call was made on 8/27/2016. Speaking again to the owner.this time i approached sternly demanding a response and resolution.yes leagally they may not be bound bc they sold us as is,however my paper work does state if we have any problems questions concerns with vehicle to call and it will be addressed. Morally and ethically this company SUCKS,they sold us a godly awful vehicle and took full advantage of us.they took our money and now we as the consumer sit without a vehicle and a company that will not find us resolution.when calling im threatened to speak softly,gently and respectfully meanwhile they have our 3500 dollars and we have NO VEHICLE. if your considering buying from this company think again. And i forgot to mention that our car is flooded with the rain water some much that we can swim in it.and lastly the owner said,NOW MISS,A REAL PROBLEM IS WHEN YOUR TRUNK IS FULL OF WATER,NOW MISS THATS A RED FLAG.i told him.IT WAS full of water and he then told me i was disrespecting him.demanded i respect him as a 60 plus year old navy veteran and that he is a master at all things. Basically he deviated from hearing the truth again and the told me that he couldnt hear me , mysteriously we got disconnected mr.salesman..... do not buy from this company.ive put a call into ABC action news hoping to get our story heard and pictures were sent as evidence.a lawyer is being obtained ,so mr.car salesman,remember how u told me TAKE ACTION I DARE YOU,TAKE ACTION AND I WONT HELP YOU, YES thats right everyone he tokd me at 1:43pm yesterday that if i took action he wouldnt help me.but if i stayed quiet HE WOULD! he hasnt helped in the lasr 2 weeks,in fact we tried to take on the responsibilityof the Financials trying to fix our own vehicle sucking it up that this is what we get for buying used,but after 3 mechanics told us this car was AWFUL we have decided MR.CAR SALESMAN to TAKE THAT ACTION YOU WARNED ME AND THREATENED ME NOT TO TAKE. Gob bless your soul and God please bless anyone who has stayed quiet after being delt this hand from CASINO

Texted with owner for a week about a specific car. I live just under 2 hours away, so day before we go I asked Saturday hours, I was told 10am - 4pm. Saturday I texted saying we were on our way, owner acknowledged. We get there, test drive vehicle liked it al lot, it was for my sons 18th bday. So excited to be getting him a car, my excitement quickly turned to frustration and then angry. I was told well my sons not here today (which is the person I had been texting) you can leave a deposit and come back tomorrow to get it. After my disappointment I was told that I could call him myself, which I did multiple times and texted, no response. There was a lady there waiting since early that AM as she was supposed to pick up her tag. At 1:45pm we decided to get lunch and give him time to reply. 3pm comes and nothing. I texted the owner with a not so nice text and he the said that he will deliver the car to me same day. About 3 hrs later still no eta, its now Sunday AM and I have not heard from them at all. And I am now left scrambling to find my son a vehicle for his bday. WHAT A JOKE!!! Stay clear of this place!!!!!

Anthony and his family completely changed the used car buying experience for me. He clearly knows automobiles, hes friendly, and hes easy to work with. While these purchases are usually nerve-racking, I felt like I was in good hands with Anthony the entire time. Rather than make a sale, he seems to do his best to truly help his customers.
