I went there the other day to check out a 2002 Chevy Prism. Upon arrival I was extremely poorly greeted. The gentleman working there was very sarcastic and rude to me when I first arrived. I put that aside and decided I was here for the car, and not the person. S I asked for the key and went to go check out the vehicle. Jump forward ahead, I was 1/2 sold on the car, but when I asked for the test drive, I was denied the drive because I was unsure If I wanted to buy today or view some other places first. And then, to make it worse, I was mid sentence when the man cut me off and answered his phone to take a personal call which lasted a good 5 minutes before I decided to simply walk out. Overall, It was an awful experience. If you are looking for a reputable small local used car dealer, I recommend "The Car Depot" which is just down the road from there. The gentleman who runs it is a nice friendly man, and is very reputable and honest. Moral of the story, DONT go to B&T

Went in there 11/14/2015 around 1:15pm EST. They close at 3pm on Saturday. Had cash in my pocket to buy a Jeep Liberty they have for sale for $7,000. Walked into the office and guy looked at me, startled. I asked him if I could take a look at the Jeep Liberty Renegade he had for sale and he stated to me, "Im getting ready to leave". I said ok and quietly started walking out. He stopped me and said "Hey, hold on. Are we going to just talk about the vehicles or are you going to actually buy one". I looked at him dumbfounded because well...you talk about things first before you move onto the sale. He then looked at me, like I kicked a kitten when I didnt say anything. The guy at B & T Car Co. had $7,000 cash walk off his lot. No biggie. Hes not the only lot in the Columbus area.

We were extremely skeptical going to this lot based on reviews, however we had a great experience !!! The gentleman greeted us as we were looking at a Jeep Patriot. He didnt hesitate to give us keys & offer to let us test drive the vehicle. Even after declining, he stated we were welcome back anytime if we seen something else that we were interested in. He even connected with our daughter which meant the world to us. Needless to say, once theres another manual were interested in, well be returning & hopefully buying. PS always remember - you never know what someones dealing with in their life. This gentleman may have a gruff exterior, but if youre kind to him, he returns the favor :)

I stopped in a few years back. I wasnt sure what vehicle I was looking for but I knew my price range. I looked around the lot for awhile (no one ever came out to great me). I went in to ask about a small truck and a car. When I walked in the guy barely looked up from his desk. I said I was interested in both the car and truck. He responded with "those are two completely different kinds of vehicles, you should narrow down your selection". Without another word said I turned around and walked out the door. The guy was an a-hole and no one should ever go to this place.

Went to look at a conversion van. I made the mistake of calling ahead, and because of that, he already had the engine heated up so I couldnt hear how bad the tapping was on a cold start. Luckily I could hear it tapping faintly and knew better than to go ahead. Typical wear and tear items were not replaced, such as the tires that are horribly cracked from dry rot. I wasted gas to drive out there from Dublin. I hope this helps someone else from wasting their gas and time in the future.
