I had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. I painted my living room four years ago and have been searching for the perfect couch and chair since then. I found it here! With the help of Sue and Madeline, I was able to make my purchase. They were delivered January 20th. The delivery guys were very fast and professional. I was amazed how quickly they moved. They called when they were on their way and were in and out in about seven minutes. I thought I got a good price but I was in the store with my sister last night and the couch and chair were even less expensive at this Presidents Day Sale. I spoke to one of the managers, Tony, who went out of his way to help get my price difference which they gladly honored since it was within 30 days. Thank you so much! I am now going to order the matching automan. I hadnt bought furniture in 20 years and my experience was exceptional. My sister is purchasing a couch today. I will be recommending Levin to all my friends. You have a customer for life!

Never shop here. Especially with the salesman named Jason. Everything was great until we signed the dotted line and the delivery came. They brought wrong parts to a bed that cost 2600 and the delivery guys refused to install it because it would damage the bed. So they told us to call and reorder and we got nothing but nasty treatment from the store manager and we even emailed Jason to tell him what happened and called and you think we got a response. Nope! We bought other furniture from them and this is the LAST and final time we will ever shop here. All they had to do was reorder a piece and all we got was poor treatment and nasty attitude on how they dont understand how its the wrong part to a bed. We didnt spend a lot of money on furniture for it to be the wrong size and color. Stay away from here. Spend your money on a furniture store that treats their customers well and cares about their positive experience.

I was scheduled for a delivery on July 18th I received a call from a representative of Levin advising me there had been a situation with my delivery, apparently the table was available but the four chairs were not and I may have had to wait until the 27th to get my delivery.I paid the account off July 6th. Today in the store I was quite upset, the manager was very helpful in assisting me with my situation not only did she refund my delivery charge, she made arrangement regarding my furniture. Im pleased with the service Levin offered me. Im a very satisfied customer and I will continue to shop there.

False advertising. They advertised an adjustable bed base for $750 but it was really $1400 and the lady helping us did not inform us of this mistake until we were hooked on getting it. Seemed as if she didnt relize it was a mistake until later on. The manager would not give it to us for that price that was advertized, but admitted to the mistake. After a half hour of waiting for some kind of comprimise, he offered us a couple hundred dollars off but still think he should have offered the price that was marked.

The store manager of this location is by far the worst representative I have ever dealt with. Our bed frame broke and we have had nothing but problems trying to get it fixed. The manager was unapologetic, insincere, and extremely condescending. We felt that our business was not appreciated even after spending a large amount of money for furniture sets in our newly purchased home. Needless to say, we will never shop there again and feel that we would receive better quality and service from a garage sell.

How nice to walk into a furniture store and have a designated greeter that is just there to say hi and let you know theyre available should I have any questions. We purchased a leather recliner for a great price. Perfect for a family with pets. Its nice now being on their mailing list to know of new furniture or upcoming specials Levin is offering.

So far so good! Found a great sofa on chair. Our sales rep didnt hound us but made herself available for questions. We have free delivery still upcoming. If that goes well, it will stay 5 stars.
