Horrible! I would have had a wonderful experience because our sales rep was very sweet & helpful. However after placing an order and scheduling a delivery, we received a phone call THREE days later informing us they dont deliver to our area. We now have to wait an additional week to get our delivery. No one has so much as apologized for the inconvenience or explained why the address wasnt flagged or anything when it was entered into the system. HORRIBLE customer service. Never again Badcock. Never again!

Good furniture, but you have to be careful of the pricing. Some prices are really good (got a great deal on a bedroom set) but many of the sale items are either floor model only or discontinued from the factory. Ask before you buy so that you know!

Definately would not recommend. I guess theyre like the buy here pay here of the furniture industry. Will NEVER buy anything from Badcock as long as I walk the face of this earth. They dont honor extended warranty
