DONT SHOP HERE!!! The place seems to be a scam from the moment you walk in! Over a week ago I went in and saw a love seat and couch that was on sale for an awesome price. So I put it in my mind that I wanted the love seat and now we could afford an GOOD recliner. I picked out a nice recliner and then went and found a sales associate. The recliner was quite expensive but wasnt quite the right color. That was okay because it came in many different colors and fabrics! GREAT RIGHT? ...WRONG. I got a call over a week later saying that recliner was no longer being made to order. I showed up at the store a few hours later and the sales person noticed me and followed me over the recliners again. She was saying "how about this...or what about that one...or this one?" None of them were made to order and I had to take that color on the floor. What a joke!!! I was getting disgusted but finally said I wanted the original chair just not the same fabric or color (it was close but not what I really wanted). We had to sit down at the computer and reorder the recliner. Now I wanted them delivered on the same day. Well that was impossible because the love seat was loaded for delivery already. Then she said I could have the recliner delivered a couple days later. Whatever...now I had to get someone to be home to have a second delivery. Then she told me it could be done on a Saturday. GREAT!!!...WRONG AGAIN: I wanted a receipt for delivery on that day and then she said well, "Saturday is full...." Now I have to have it delivered a week later from THAT on a WEEKDAY. I was so disgusted when I walked out of there I didnt notice that I didnt get an updated receipt. Since its a different color chair with different fabric and different delivery date the $79.99 warranty thats on the receipt is void. Now I have to go back there again today and beg for another receipt. With all this trouble they didnt even offer a discount! I would not recommend shopping here !!! Its a joke and scam.

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a couch in December and was told it was be delivered first week of January. Never heard a thing from Levin until the second week of FEBRUARY. When the couch finally came, the delivery guys refused to take their shoes off, tracking mud and snow into my house, which I had to clean. Very professional. They rushed me to take the couch, then took off. The couch had permanent marker right across the middle of the brown leather cushion. I went outside to stop them, the one delivery guy laughed, said something to his partner, and they took off out of my driveway. Ive been calling Levin ever since to have a service guy come look at the marker on the couch, they assure me theyd come out and on the date that they scheduled me, and I took off work to meet the service person, they no-showed, no-called! Still unresolved at the time of this writing- still no couch after 2 months. A similar thing happened at Levin 5 years ago when I tried (and failed) to buy a table from them, for very similar reasons. I demanded my money back and went elsewhere. Ill never go to or recommend Levin furniture again. Avoid this company and save yourself a headache.

I bought a kitchen table from Levins 2 years ago. It is just my husband and I that use the table and take good care of it. Despite this, the chairs to the table are already broken. The legs are wobbling and cannot be sat in. We have tried to reinforce them and tighten the legs, but the wood is terrible quality. With just the slightest bit of tightening, the wood cracks. When I went into the store, they told me there is nothing they could do since I did not purchase the warranty on the wood finishing of the table. However, I didnt expect an $800 table to be falling apart after 2 years. When I called customer service, they told me that "furniture is just not built the way it used to be." In other words, Levin furniture is not built well, take it from the words of their own employees. This review is meant to be helpful, and I hope that youll choose somewhere better than Levins.

Most of the service reps were were great. However, products arrived and they are not to our liking. On the top of the back 3 cushions on the sofa, they are all uneven and sunken because there is not enough fill in them; UNACCEPTABLE; the end table, whatever its made out of--certainly doesnt appear to be wood--has quite some discoloration on one end of it; UNACCEPTABLE; and our lampshade has a slight bow in it at the top; UNACCEPTABLE. Someone is scheduled to be out this week. If these three items that we purchased are not fixed or replaced to our satisfaction, then we will not accept them and all will have to be returned, our money refunded, so that we can purchase elsewhere. What we received does not look like the condition of the items that we saw in the store, and we are very disappointed.

I came in to live in today because I bought a flexsteel, couch from them a couple months ago and I got the stain on the arm of the couch. I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly Hello Deb Restifo she quickly took me to the stain remover is that would get the state out of my couch and what over the step by step instructions with me multiple times to make sure that this team would be removed without further damage to the couch after helping me with staying problem. She then showed me a good mattress for my daughter that I will be coming back in purchasing. Ive been to many furniture stores and never received the customer service that I received from Deb I am eternally grateful for her and will give her my future business. A recommend her to anybody that I know!

We bought a leather sectional from levin about 4 years ago we were given a delivery date and so we made sure that we sold our old sectional before hand so we could move the new sectional in on the move in date. After waiting all day with no delivery my husband called the store and they said our delivery wasnt scheduled for another few weeks. We were never notified that our date was changed and they agreed to find one in stock and have it delivered asap. It was a headache but they came through. That being said the couch was complete crap, within a few weeks the zippers on the cushions broke and within about 6 months all firmness in the couch was gone. Disappointed, will not be shopping there again.

I purchased a new $3000 + bed and when it came it was so high I had to climb on to it. Definitely not like what is on display in the store. I was told I had to sleep on the bed for 30 days, then if I didnt like it, I could return it. When I called, after finding out that there is actually a smaller box spring that could make it plausible for me to actually get into the bed, I was told I could pay another $150 if I wanted this. Asked to speak to the manager, waited on hold for 15 minutes, then someone told me he was out to dinner. They said they would leave him this message and have him call me. Four hours later the store was closed and no one called..........poor customer service for sure
