I made an appointment for my daughter. They called me to confirm yesterday, and I said shed be there. When we got there this morning, they said sorry, but your stylist is out of the country and we cant fit you in. I made the appointment so my daughter could have her hair done for her senior picture this afternoon. Their solution was that we could reschedule. Very poor customer service, and the attitude was sorry, youre out of luck! The owner did call me a few hours later when she saw my review to offer sincere apologies and a gift card if we wanted to give them another chance. I will give them another try.

Ive been there a couple times. Every experience I was highly satisfied. I took both daughters to get their hair cuts for school. The stylist did a great job. Staff is always friendly. I got a reminder call the day before. I am even making an appointment for myself.
