I was I the store earlier today, shopping for a birthday shoe. When I walked in there was a man standing in the front who never even acknowledged me. I looked around for a while however no one offered me help. Maybe I wasnt as dressy as some or maybe they thought I might waste their time. For whatever reason the service was horrible. If I am in the store then I can afford what I came in for. So I went home and ordered the shoes and bag from Nordstrom. I will say as I was leaving a nice young lady Mandy or Amanda maybe, did speak and engaged slightly and was genuinely nice. I however will not return.

Customer service wasnt so good, I guess because we werent dressed all up, or probably didnt look like we belong in the store (whatever that may looks like) they did have a nice variety of handbags and shoes for women. Clothing wise not so much. We found a couple of great finds Im satisfied far as that. Of course I will go back because I love to find deals. Also a heads up there are absolutely no returns you can make an even exchange but you cant get a refund back.
