This store is TERRIBLE I would NEVER shop there again. MY husband went in there are purchased a gift for me for Christmas, it was very nice aside from the fact this store replaced some antique parts with new ones ruining it. We drove the 45 minutes back to the mall there to return it and we were greeting by a condescending clerk who remembered my husband buying the trunk and because we didnt have the receipt she would not allow us to return or exchange this item (we had tags and all, and I only wanted to exchange to get myself something else) . My husband was very upset and is a Iraq veteran w/ ptsd he did not say anything to the clerk but made it clear we would not be shopping there again. Yes he did say this is "bullshit", but there is MORE! It gets so much worse. I drove the 45 minutes and returned the next day after scouring my home for the receipt with the trunk (because I refused to support a store with employees that act like they are better then you), alone, because I know my husband has a bad temper especially when people talk to you like you are less then them, and I was immediately greeted rudely by the same clerk, and the store manager who says to me "I cannot believe your husband thinks it is ok to say those things to me clerk" I responded with "he didnt say anything to your clerk, just expressed his frustration and stated he would not shop here again, and that your policies are BS". She very rudely replied to me. Then the nasty clerk asked condescendingly again if I in fact had my receipt this time which I did. Then they began to process my refund, once I had my refund and was ready to leave the store, I was struck with this comment from the clerk "I am sorry you think it is ok to be married to man who speaks to women like that." First of all, who the heck are you to say something like that to me? Secondly, my husband never spoke to anyone like that he just stated his frustration, now had he called you a "Bit*h" or "C*nt" and screamed at you I would agree, but he expressed that he was displeased in the the only way he knows how going through what he has been through. We did not deserve to be judged by your staff because he wore work clothes and I camo and a carhartt and boots. My husband makes more then enough money to shop in your "precious store" and I own my own graphic design business. Trust me we can shop there, but we wont EVER. I would rather support Hobby Lobby. Sad too because I like small business. Shame on your store. I would have spent alot of money there now that I knew about it. But this is terrible!

I absolutely love this little shop! They carry things that I adore & the employees/owner are simply the best ppl! Theyre honest & very helpful. They dont "just try to make a sale", they actually care about their customers wants & needs. Im getting ready to leave the house now, to make another trip to Muncie to pick up a few more things I need for my breakfast table. It never occurred to me to go anywhere else, my first thought was "Country Charm"!
