Good customer service, location! There are some cashiers that been there a long time, and remember you, and chat with you, and are friendly, good Walmart, has meat, diary, toilettree, electronics, the only thing, no self checkout, long wait for cashier, and last time, I had bought a Redbox movie, and paid for over $40 of groceries, go to the bathroom and come back, my cart was gone, looked everywhere, told the manager, she said Im sorry, theres nothing I can do, I even had a receipt, she said, your going to have to find your cart, I should of called the police, my advice dont leave cart unattended or have someone go with you, the other location I like better is Aurora, Ohio, I told them what happened to me in Macedonia location, they said, thats not right, they would of look at cameras and called police for customer, and they have self checkout, and bathroom is always cleaned and they watch your cart for you.

This is the worst Walmart Ive ever been in customer service here is horrible they hardly have any cashiers working and thats every time Ive been in the store Ive been in the store about 8 times because I dont live there I just visit this area frequently I drive 15 miles just so I dont have to go into this Walmart especially on a Sunday the lions are horribly long and they always seem to have two or possibly three lanes open its ridiculous and the employees some of them really arent that friendly. I work in retail also the one thing about working in retail you can smile leave your problems at home when you cross the threshold going to work you dont have to bring your problems with you I also witnessed employees outside using profanity while on break thats ridiculous

I would like to thank the employees that helped my friend yesterday ( 12-7-16) that had passed out at the register. My friend has type 1 diabetes since childhood and her new pump was not working correctly. These people were so wonderful and someone loaned my friend a cell phone and she called me and I immediately went up to the store to get her and I had my pocket stuffed with sugar products. These people had given my friend juice and she was recuperating by customer service. The two ladies that were with her at the time of my arrival were great. It has restored my faith in people as they had taken care of her and showed so much compassion. God bless you all and hope you have a Happy Holiday Season!

I went this Walmart Sunday 11/ 20/16 & I had the worst experience at a Walmart ever. the employee are rude & I feel like my mom was mistreated because of her handicap. It started when I pulled to the bars to look for a car for her because she cant walk. An employee immediately yelled at saying "You cant park here" I told him 3 times she cant walk & he repeated him all those times voice getting louder & louder as he repeated. It took my mom getting out the car almost falling on the ground for him to realize i wasnt lying. That is the most frustrating thing I had to go through shopping. He shouldnt even been working if he is going to be so rude & have no care for people in wheelchairs.

Truck Drivers are Not welcome here !!! They will give you Parking Ticket !!! This store is a big mess inside everything is upside down! Washroom stink !!! This store needs new manager !!! Very bad experience for me !!! First time and the last here !!! Not recommend to any one !!! You just dont care !!! and ticket for parking on private property this is just not acceptable !!! We bring you freight We spent money in the store and this is how you thanks This is a Christmas gift from Walmart but You have to pay for this !!! Truck Driver is abuse and Discriminat every where you go !!!

The prices of products here are cheaper than what I find at Target and other shopping centers. I have noticed that this Walmart has an issue with restocking products, as well as shoplifting. Oftentimes I go to buy something and I find that every single package is open with components missing (this mainly applies to hair dye and makeup). This can be really aggravating since they wont restock these items with new unopened packages for a really long time. Otherwise I have experienced great service from the workers here and I recommend shopping here.

This is actually one of the nicer Wal-Marts around. You can normally find a staff member (who isnt always very helpful, but at least they are available). The items are put in their right place, albeit not everything is always in stock; an unfortunate truth. The service here though is much better than elsewhere and I have actually driven out of my way many times to go here rather than the one closer to me. This actually turned me back on to Wal-Mart after my year long hiatus/boycott.

Moving into the area and Ive been there twice so far and have had a pleasant experience. Staff very willing to help and both cashiers were very friendly. I even called the next day to tell the manager of how pleasant the store is. It is clean and organized, which is definitely not the case for other Walmarts. Hope his high level of service and cleanliness stays.

Only one person working Customer Service on a Saturday at noon?? Plus in the past Ive made a special trip to this location (Montrose is much closer) because it usually has better selection, but lately they havent been worth the trip. Half of what I came for is out of stock. I wrote all this while waiting my turn. 13 minutes and counting...

I really like Walmart and their stores but this one has been under construction forever! I dont understand whats taking so long! I feel dirty when I walk in the store. The prices are still good but the store is messy. Until they clean the place up Im going to shop at Target around the corner!

Product availability was good but the cash register operator did not greet me at all and her response was here you go when the receipt finally put out. Nothing else was said despite my attempt to make eye contact and say thank you. Not even my total. How rude and ignorant.

the wal-mart in macedonia is a complete joke!!!!!! the other night i had 1 cart and the cashiers got another cart and didnt bother to see if i needed help ... no management tells me they dont care and dont care about the customers either awful experience

Large, has food, but be careful of ads. You dont necessarily get what the advertise. Too many self centered people--you better get out of THEIR way. Shelves arent stocked. Spills go unattended even when you tell someone.

They always have max 2 registers open with about 5 or 6 people in each line. And they always refuse to open another register. Expect to wait a long time just to cash out. The cashiers are so friendly though

Worst service ever. I didnt know a staff could screw up an order for a single tire 4 times in a row! Extremely irritated and will not be going back nor advise anybody to go there in the first place.
