This is my second below average experience at this store. I cam in to have a few prints taken. The gal in the copier station said she wouldnt be able to print anything the same day as she had a mega job to run and the store was closing in 20 mins. They had two PCs and at least 4 printers connected. In addition they had two more connected to PC stations. In the end I had to login to one of the PCS and print the job myself which ended up costing me thrice as much. I will avoid this store in the future and drive across the road to Office Depot. No wonder Staples is struggling with stores like this...

I came to this store and bought some paper towers, I wanted to purchase in separated transactions, but they refused to do so, the manager name A.J even came forward and accused me of using fraud coupons, eventhough I didnt use any coupons at staples to buy paper towers, he was very nasty, and even threatened me to check on my reward. If you ever go to that Staples store in Cuyahoga Falls, avoid A.J at all cost

I bought a fitness tracker at target online, pickup in store. It was supposed to take a few days and they would call me when it arrived. A few days later I go to the store to see whats going on with my fitness tracker (it was a birthday gift for someone and I couldnt wait any longer). They told me they didnt have it in stock so they just cancelled the order. They never told me this!

Came in at 8.10am to send 2 documents via fax internationally, despite being the only person in the store, none of the 3 employees had the minimum amount of knowledge to help me, they didnt even know how to send fax overseas which i had to google myself and at the end the final charge for "self - service" was 9.96 for two pages which absolute rip off
