I took my Saturn Vue in to have a new cd player installed on Wednesday. The install tech had the installation kit, but did not have the wiring harness to my vehicle. They said they had been out of it for over 2 months, and it would take a couple of weeks to get in a new one. I then called Horizon Audio to see if they had the right wiring harness. (which they did) I asked the install tech at Best Buy to see if he would install it. He said that I had to make sure that it was the "Blue One." No manufacturer specs, or brand name requirements, he just wanted the "blue one." Moving on... I went to Horizon, and they had the wiring harness for my vue, but it was gray. On the packaging it said. "Saturn Vue 2002" (seems pretty straight forward to me!) I took it back to Best Buy to do the install and the tech flat out refused to do the install because it wasnt the "blue one." He said that it would blow out my Cd player if he used it. I told him that I would take responsibility for the cd player, and he very rudely said. "I will not install that." At this point, I was pretty vexed. I called another local shop to see if they could do the install. Ztech Customs on Whipple Ave said that they had time to get me in right away. I took all of the same pieces that Best Buy had access to over to Ztech and sure enough, it all worked out just fine. This will be the last time that I step inside of a Best Buy, which really sucks because I am a tech geek. Enough is enough.

I went into the North Canton store to look at t.vs. While I was getting help a sales associate came up to me and asked me if I wanted to have a free xbox? SO I said yes and went up to the register to get everything set up and make a long story short, here to find out I bought a "to exspensive of a t.v." My t.v. does not work with the promotion. WELL... Last time I checked whenever an associate quotes you on something, that is a deal. Doesnt matter that the employee was new and didnt know the full promotion. The next day I called in and talked to a Jacob and he was helping me and looked up my account and said that my t.v. WAS with in the promotion. Then I talked to Connie(a manager) and she said "IM SORRY THAT MY ASSOCIATE SAID THAT TO YOU. HE IS NEW. AND DONT KNOW ALOT." ........HEY CONNIE AND BEST BUY UPPER MANAGEMENT...DONT SEND ROOKIES OUT ON THE FLOOR TO TELL CUSTOMERS STUFF THAT IS NOT TRUE. ---you are only as good as your employees--- Now I will be getting a hold of the district manager and see what he or she has to say.

The store and products are good. Good luck trying to call for anything. After speaking with the Montrose Bestbuy, they didnt have the product I wanted, but looked it up and showed N Canton location does. They advised me to call N Canton Bestbuy and make sure its in stock and can hold it for me before I drive to Canton. I spent the last 18 minutes on hold with N Cantons Bestbuy! After 18 minutes on hold, someone picked up and hung up on me without saying a word. I called back and have now been on hold for 25 minutes. Thats 43 minutes so far on hold! I have yet to speak to a human being! Ridiculous. Customer service at the N Canton location obviously lacks quality. No reason someone couldnt at least answer and acknowledge me even if they have all been with the same customer for an hour straight (which I doubt). Apparently customers on the phone do not matter here. Decided to purchase from Samsung and Amazon instead.

As we walked into the store we immediately got swarmed with many welcomes which was nice to an extent. Then as we were making our way back to the laptops we got swarmed...again.. I felt like we were dodging bullets! Phew, finally... we made it. We had made our mind up when an HP Rep came up to us and asked if we had any questions. We said no and showed him what we were going to buy and he kept trying to persuade us to buy an HP that was entirely out of our price range. Then our cashier was a total douche. He was supposed to clock out ten minutes prior and instead of helping us he told us to wait for the other cashier who was talking to these people and then helped them carry their items to the front. WITH AN ATTITUDE, he then rang us out (huffing and puffing the whole time) and sent us on our way. Needless to say, we will never go back to that Best Buy or any other ones if theyre all full of swarming associates.

This store is so terrible! Nothing but a bunch of annoying, young, sales driven employees breathing down your neck every two seconds. When you finally have a moment to think of a question they immediately try and push to sell you something more expensive and accessories as well. It seems like all they care about is sales goals instead of what the customer actually needs or can afford. Also, I always observe employees standing around joking and bullcraping in the moments they are not pestering a customer. I also observed a young fat red head guy that was some sort of manager talking down to one of his employees in front of customers! I was shocked by how rude and arrogant he was. That shows you the kind of people that run this store. Overall this Best Buy is very unprofessional and unappealing. I will not be back to this crap buy again!

Purchased a video editing software on 6/19/15 for my PC. Had moderate hopes for it as I didnt purchase the most expensive one. Took it back home and spent 4 hours trying to get this to load on my computer, it would not accept the disk at all. So i checked my disk drive and everything was working perfectly. I tried a few more times but to no avail. I return the product back to Best Buy the following day and was told I cannot get a refund for the defective part. I was not allowed to get store credit, only an exchange for the exact software. I was not interested in this and wasnt given any other options. You can find your defective software in the trash bin out front and try and pass it off on someone else. $50 wasted, been a long time customer and rewards card member for almost 10 years. Wont be doing business with Best Buy again.

Both items I was interested in were not in stock. One Item Bose Wireless headphones. Shelves in this area completely empty. What is this Christmas time where they cant keep the shelves stocked? Graphics cards locked up like gold bars. I prefer to take my time and look quietly at a product and not have a store employee standing over me while I shop. What is with locking these cards up? Im sure there are just as valuable items in the store that could be stolen but they arent locked up. The representative was a nice young guy but I still prefer to be left alone when shopping unless I request help. I was approached no less than 7 times asking if I needed help. When I need help I cant find anyone. Graphics Cards on sell but of course not in stock. I suggest Management having a chat with their purchasing manager.
