Bought a pc off ebay it didnt work wouldnt power moniter it wasnt my end was the pc which is fine i understand faulty parts phoned him he started helping i thought ok great customer service well long story short few months down the road ive got a pc i used a few days a guy that said hed send a part and never did he ran me out of time to open a case he thinks how ever ive a warranty hes not honoring for no reason at all .. it was not a nice thing to do ive called for over a month and left emails hes simply ignoring me . its not honest and its not right i used it a few days and through no fault of mine it stoped working . now thats really not a fair thing to do to some one im stuck waiting on filing a case with ebay as they agree that circumstance are different and a week working to run some one of time and leave them with a pc that never worked is unacceptable. You can say u have repair warranty any where and then violate it just cuz. i dont aprreciate it and id be weary of buying if thats actually whats he done . Your not a very nice person

first time I took my pc to him I just needed a new memory stick and some more space on my computer. later on I got a virus took it back....he deleted it fine....couple months later virus appears again he deletes it again......a couple days later the virus re-appears im tired of dishing out $$ for something that should have been efficiently removed. then thru this process a lot of my stored files were deleted and I can never get that back. I almost cried when I thought about the info that is now gone. I wont be back to him.
