I have been into the store twice. The first time my husband and I were going to buy a bracelet and a charm. The girl who helped us made us feel painfully aware that we were not the normal clientele in the store. She was rather rude and short with us. She pushed us to buy more, when we said we really only had budged for a bracelet and 1 charm she acted a little annoyed. She check us out and that was all. The second time however was totally different. All the ladies in the store were very nice and super helpful. Night and day difference. I want to recommend the store, however, the sales associates need to be a bit more respectful of those who come in.

Been to this location a few times. My husband and I were planning on making a purchase but were made aware we werent their normal clientele. So we left. Eventually we came back weeks later and purchased a few items. The girls that visit were very pleasant. Over all its not awful. But I probably wouldnt purchase there again unless they are running a deal.

By far the worse customer service I have ever seen..I would definitely recommend taking the time to go somewhere else....4 people working only 1 helping people the others standing around holding a clip board....DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE AN HOUR TO WASTE

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Paid good money for a ring and it needed fixed and when I called to check up on it, the lady I spoke to was VERY rude and sarcastic with me.
