A little bit Of Lara

I just left this forever 21 .... And it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a forever 21 store . The employees were lazy and I didnt get greeted upon arrival. Or even asked if I needed any help. When I asked one of the girls in the dressing room if they had the dress I tried on in x small, she glared at me, it was so rude. They didnt even have it in xsmall. Everything in there is small medium or large. I looked everywhere for a dress my size and they had every size but x small. I just thought to myself how could a store like forever 21 not have all their sizes out ???? So I asked the girl at the register ... Which btw she didnt smile, didnt greet us. Just looked at my mom sister and I with this mean look on her face as if she was waiting for us to say something... It was awkward. Every employee in there looked miserable. So yeah anyway I asked the girl at the register and she just goes we rarely ever have x small in the store. And I was just like??????????? Okay??????? Lol she didnt even go to the back to check and see if they had the dress I was buying in xsmall. I wont be shopping at this forever 21 again.

Great selection of trendy clothing at great prices. However when I checked out there were two cashiers checking people out. When one of the cashiers checked a customer out, she proceeded to have a personal conversation with three other employees instead of taking the next customer in line. Once she finished laughing and joking with the other employees and they walked away then she asked for the next customer to step up. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. She could of talked to the other employees and rung me up at the same time. I was eager to leave

I have recently been to a few forever21s in the Cincinnati area and this one by far had the best selection. The line was long but went fast. Associates were happy to help .
