I was in Berlin visiting in person I am a Versace person and only wear Versace but I always wondered why Hermes so expensive so I visited Berlin and walk into the store and take one look and walk back out because to me the price is way overcharged and the quality isnt great and the style it looks like is for old man and old women even they wouldnt wear it because it looks old and use and the price tag is a total rip off just because some dumb celebrities had one so I stick with Versace because I like the medusa head not because of some celebrities have NOT INTEREST IN HERMES DUE To THE STYLE AND THE QUALITY ESPECIALLY THE RIP OFF PRICE TAG it basically it just micheal kors with Hermes instead nothing special at all about this brand

I knew exactly want I wanted. I called them to make sure they had it. They did but said they would be closing at 1:00 due to the weather (it was 42 degrees and raining!!!). I told them I would be there asap and they took my name. I got there at 1:02 (due to a broken parking meter), watched them lock the door, told them through the glass who I was and who I had just spoken with. They simple said "Sorry", " Sorry", "Sorry" through the glass for 5 minutes while I explained why it was so important that I get what I needed then they walked away! I was trying to buy an anniversary gift for a trip we were flying out to early the next morning. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars there! NO MORE! Seriously the biggest Douche Bags, A-holes ever!

Never shopping here again. Seriously bad service from its sales staff, when theyre coughing and sick checking me out (which also took forever). I then tried to return the gift, that was literally brand new, and they said thats not their policy. The long receipt is bombarded with a ton of text and garbage, embedded at the end is their ridiculous policy. I feel like Hermes is a rip off, not only on their price tag, but on their customer service return policy. Ill be issuing a chargeback through AMEX. Way to lose a new young equestrian customer for life. Also, dont shop here yourself. Go somewhere that deserves your money and gives respect back.

The coons working in there following you around their black youre black but for some reason they dont know theyre black. Guard at the door kept watching us as if me and my wife are going to steal something mind you these bags look like you can get them from Kohls but for some reason theyre marked up to like $3000 and look like they probably cost $50 to make them. So we decided to go to Louis Vuitton a real store and spent $10,000.

All staff from door man ( Gard) not interested in customers . One Staff member ( women with short grey hair tall), very snotty ,looking from top to bottom at you and was more interested in herself than the customers . Hermes Atlanta you need to learn service from Christian Dior store right across the street ( were the customer service was 5 stars )

First time been here not good service .i bought a braceles for my girl .the size is not fit on her .we try to change a big size .the manager say the braceles is damage can not change and return .they didnt show a good face to me try to argue with me .she say I need to pay to sent to pairs .every employee show bad face .will never go back

I have always had a great experience in the store. There store policy is clear at the register. Like many businesses, Hermes has the same. They are a small fashion house that has keep there prestige and family values. If your ever in the store as for Sung. She will always help you with whatever budget you may have.
