I will not shop at Forever 21 again. When I bought items from the store, no one explained that they only give credit or exchange for returns. I went to return a few items that I had bought, thats when I was told. If I had known this to begin with I would have never bought anything in the store. I dont think this is a good way to do business. Your merchandise isnt that great.

As a guy who actually cares about his appearance, having a Forever 21 with a mens section close-by is great! I usually have to order online, but now I can go in-store! The workers at the Dayton Mall location are very nice and are fit to work there, the selection is great so far, and the atmosphere is a lot better than before.

Small mens clothing section, but It is there. Many trendy selections for women and it is a quick stop being so close to the south entrance of the mall.
