My girlfriend and her friend walked in there a couple weeks ago gawking at a couple release posters they had. Owner of the shop said that they were taking them down coming up at the beginning of next month. because they both lived far away, they asked if I could get them for them. Walked in on Saturday to see if they had them down yet and they said "no but comeback Monday and well have them then". I called and asked if they could hold them off to the side on Sunday for me on Monday, whomever was on the phone said "im sure I can". Walked in on monday. Was greeted by the 20th anniversary of pokemon poster. I was Trying to ask about the release posters but they just kept interrupting me and saying thats all they got and they dont know what Im talking about. I would have preferred they said "we gave them away to someone else" or even "we threw them away. sorry" than pushing a poster I already had and sending me out the door. Dont go to this Game Stop. Go to the one in mason or to target. These guys dont know how to treat their customers obviously.

Honestly its the only gamestop I actually can go to and get what i need or at least knowledge about how to get it. The staff are always helpful. I also like that they dont push you too much with pre order deals. I cant go to any other gamestop because they shove deals down your throat after 6 times of saying you dont want it. Staff in this store offer, you say no, done. Its nice.

The best (and pretty much only) game store nearby. The service is good and the staff are knowledgeable. The prices are pretty much the same as anywhere else. The used games are fairly high priced compared to what you get in trade but thats all these types of stores. Used warranty on games is superb.

Very professional for a video game shop. Staff was very knowledgeable about up coming games. Also offered honest opinions on games that saved me from making a poor decision. Will gladly make the drive there if it will save me $60 on a crappy game!

Ive came to this game stop a long time now until today begging charged a referb fee on a brand new never been out of the box game! Really i just opened it this morning! Yeah this is my last time coming back!
