I get tired of going to this location and the females always have messed up attitudes. Today I went in to get a new headset and get info on preordering Street Fighter 5, there was one employee and one other person who was a securitt officer. I overheard them talking about playstations so clearly it was business convo. I walk in, didnt get a hello, a screw you, or anything. Im pacing in the same section and the female did not even acknowledge I was in the store. I came to possibly spend $200 max and they suck. I purchased my xbox one and my ps4 and my Wii-u, and 3 controllers, and chargering station. Well over $1000 worth of equipment from this store. Im sick of going into store with my fellow black brothers and sister, and they act like they dont know how to run a business, when us customers are paying your rent or mortgage. Today I got it, ill just buy on line because this store sucks! This is not the first time Ive had this problem, its very common. Look at the reviews. Online shopping is your competition, we can easily buy there and shut your store down.

First off, everyone who has given this place any higher than a 3 has only been here once and only spent less than 5 minutes here. The staff here is lackluster. You dont get a hello when you walk in. Store is very cramped, the layout sucks. The employees forget to add/ remove sale stickers from a lot of items and the managers look like they want to end their lives. 9 times out of 10 the employees will forget to ask me for my power up rewards card. My brother buys a game and he has to remind the employee. I buy a game literally a minute later from the same employee and he forgot to ask me for my power up rewards card. Doesnt happen with just him; happens with every employee. Honestly, I only come to this Gamestop when I need to pick something up from Walmart. Besides that, I travel the extra half mile to the Morrow location. The staff their is 10 times friendlier and care about their jobs. I suggest you do the same.

THIS IS THE WORST GAME STOP EVER!!!! DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!! THE MANAGER IS A PUSH OVER SO THE EMPLOYEES RUN THE STORE.......PROBLEM IS THAT THE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE MANAGER WILL EVEN SELL YOU DEFECTIVE STUFF. TO MANY CHIEFS AND NOT ENOUGH INDIANS. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! THE PRICES ARE NEVER RIGHT. WHY DONT THEY PUT UP THERE SIGNS WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE? WHY DO I HAVE TO FIND OUT FROM INTERNET AND BY THAT TIME THE SALE IS ALMOST OVER? SOMEONE PLEASE FIRE THE MANAGER SO THIS STORE CAN STOP SUFFERING!

They have ok customer service. The lady was on her cellphone. I bought street fighter x texxen and uncharted 3 game of the year edition on Monday and they didnt work on my boyfriends PS3 so we went back to the store to exchange it for a better copy, the street fighter x texxen STILL doesnt work. They need to start testing their games before giving them to customers

I went to exchange a game for a working one because the current one that was given to me did not work and when i arrived there they gave me another non-working disc and now I have to travel bck up there a complete waste of time and gas

I mean this is the game stop closest to me so Im always going to go there first.But I need to stop because they never have the game I need,But all the other gamestops I go to have it all,but other then that its a pretty good GameStop.

Came about 5 months ago and turned the Gamestop into a prestige Gamestop! Soon its about to be a 50/50 store with half being games and the other half being collectibles. I cant wait until it does.

I was told there was a midnight release for a game...there wasnt. Waste of time and sleep to compound previous non-helpfulness. Im completely done with GS
