Very poor customer service. Was sold the wrong part, which they did make right and apologized but then after our third trip to the store to get the core charge back they told us that they would not have it until 3. Mind you we live a good 20 minutes from the store and were never informed that we would need to come back at a specific time. We were then sent to the opposite side of town to their other location in order to receive our money back.

50% of the workers have a good attitude in the a.m. Sugggestion... Talk to the older gentleman with the beard aprox 45 50 years old. Nice guy good attitude. Other guy, not so much. He doesnt seem to want to aenser questions, very limited knowledge for his chosen profession. Or just go to the one on Main st. Lot nicer crowd.
