Three people working and only one of them helping while the other two stand around even though they see customers waiting. UPDATE: Today I went in , asked the heavy set guy behind the counter a question about fuel line size amd if it would fit my fuel pump. He says yes probaly (Mind you he was standing around talking to another worker) I ask him to pull a fuel pump to make sure the line fits. He tells me "its not in my job description to do that" then tells me to ask the one guy whos actually running around doing all the work. He wasnt kidding either. I guess its in his job description to stand in one spot an b.s. with his buddy. Must not have been in his buddys job description either. This guy might as well be on welfare. He stands around and gets paid for absolutely doing nothing. Everytime I walk in this place Its more of this. Disgusted.

Worst place in town to go staff doesnt know there ass from a hole in the ground my wife bought a battery they told her to get the durralast gold battery it has a 3 year warrranty laster one season went to have them make good on the warranty its really 90 days who is ever going to have problems with a battery in 90 days you can go to lancaster auto salvage and get a used battery and get 60 day warranty with it but a new one is only 90days and people wonder why united states manufacturing sucks ass no wonder china is going to end up taking us over

Doesnt carry parts other than universal. Like coolant expansion tanks for pressurised systems and the guy on the phone was extremely difficult to get a straight answer from.
