Came into the store was never greeted. Not good morning can I help you nothing. I proceeded to look for my items. I found everything except a rear turn signal bulb. I asked the cashier Pam who made it clear from the start she was a driver. I gave her the bulb i had removed from my vehicle thinking this would make the process smoother for everyone. Boy was i wrong they gave me the wrong bulb even after i suggested to walk out to my vehicle to observe. I left and had to come back because yes they gave me the wrong bulb. I understand mistakes happen but when i came back they gave me so much grief about returning the bulb. I didnt have my receipt it got lost but only an hour had passed and they Rick the Manager remembered me. Amari the cashier has no customer service skills but then neither did Rick his Manager so what can i expect. Finally after wasting nearly 2 hours of my Fathers Day weekend I received my $6 and some change back from the bulb. $ not important take away in this review poor customer service is. Oh and by the way I went next store to your competitor O Reillys and Bradley the new Manager found my problem. In fact all my bulbs were just fine just needed to be tightened came loose. This was solved because he took the time to come outside a look at the problem. "LOST CUSTOMER"

Just left this place a while ago, anyway thus blk heavy dude was helping me. I did asked him for a new battery for my Hyundai Sonata so while he was poking through the comp screen i did askes him if he could put in the new one in so he was making his flirty eyes while rubbing his fingers together like of "i will tip him" for doing that favor but this time i did saw a sign in front saying "free battery install". And to b honest, i always tips whoever gave me a hand (help). So he disappeared to the back so i saw another female worker n i told her what hes doing. To make story short, after he finished with everything, he took my offer (tips) and i pointed the "sign" to him. He was so apologetic and saying he was just kidding. I did told him that he made me uncomfortable and shouldnt be doing that TO us female. I told him that Ill never go back there AGAIN.

As Auto Parts stores go, this one is meh. The staff didnt seem interested in helping me. There are too few people working the counter to keep the lines at a manageable length. I asked to look up a part number and the clerk acted as if it was a real inconvenience. Usually Im an "Advance man" but Ill probably go to AutoZone in the future, since its about the same distance from my house and I get treated a lot better there.

Just left this place after a worker there who name hes lucky I didnt grab. The tall heavy set white guy tells me he can not check my car engine light, because theres only two workers there, but then go goes and smoke a cigarette. If you dont love where you work then why even work there for..
