Acme is pretty terrible at customer service. I used to buy beer there often and I may have a young face but I am more than old enough and they would give me funny looks and scratch at my ID, one time they even took it in a back room and examined it. They always seem preoccupied and like they have something much better to do than give you good customer service. I never hear "thank you" or rarely hear "bye" they usually dont knowledge peoples existence. I get better service at Wal-Mart and prices are lower there.

I like how this store takes cash, checks, and cards. Sometimes I have to decide what store to shop based on the method of payment I have in my pocket but not at Acme Fresh Market. I can pay with anything. Sometimes if the cashier is being a jerk, such as all the time, I split my payment between cash, check, and my debit card. I then do a separate transaction to just buy a pack of gum so I can get cash back. I also never put my shopping cart in the cart corral but that is because I am a mean person.

Decent place that I go to frequently. The staff is a hit or a miss sometimes. Younger cashiers are nicer than some of the older ones. (I actually avoid certain cashiers now) Many times stockers are in the way of products which is usually annoying. Their selections are also limited but they do have some options. Produce is great here and so is the sushi! I find that their prices are very cheap compared to other grocery stores around. Overall its pretty decent.

Made a call to the floral department today, was told in a rude voice "no one is there today". When asked if there were someone available to take a order..once again a little ruder this time..no one there today. I suppose if no one is "there" ....you just loose business for that day. Why would you have a back up system or a person trained (produce department) to take a simple boutinere order. Btw needed a group order..ill take my dollars some where else.

Awful customer service!! The cashiers dont say hello and they seem like they would rather be somewhere else. If theres a problem at the register they dont ask you to patiently wait or apologize, they continue to ignore you until the problem is resolved by another manager (talk about frustrating and awkward silence). It was an ordeal every time we went which is why I no longer go there. I dont need bad juju from your cashiers ACME.

Staff typically seems preoccupied. I work in grocery too and never ignore customers like this. Produce I buy here always goes bad in one day; two at the most. I do like their beer selection, but they never change up their singles lineup. Nothing here ever seems high quality or fresh. I only shop here if I absolutely need something.

I shop at this grocery store several times a week. It is always clean and the staff is helpful. There is a great wine selection, prices are so much better than giant eagle. You would be foolish to not sign up for the gas card savings. I also use the pharmacy and have never be disappointed - very professional and helpful.

Everytime I go, the produce is always fresh and neatly stacked. Their meat is the best around and they will always have great deals on the meat. The store is always clean and never run out of the specials. Acme seams to always have what we eat on sale and I save so much money. Love it!

If you want produce or meat go somewhere else. Prices seems to be more expensive the other places, and there is not much of a selection. Staff is not very friendly and somewhat rude. This the closest grocery store to me but I drive to the giant eagle in Stow because it is so much better.

Good selection in all areas: updated fresh produce area, surprisingly good selection in hot and heat and eat food items. Bulk coffee and pastry are great for office meetings. Many useful weekly special items with good prices and predictability.

I love to support local small businesses. Acme is competitively priced, but has a problem with their inventory renewal. I often find products WELL past their expiry. I should not end up with a bag of flour that expired almost a year prior...

A great store-good prices especially sale items. Have to watch expiration dates on yogurt-Ive frequently found expired ones. Overall o great store. People are friendly and helpful. Way better than Giant Eagle.
