They need one person to take care of in store customers and one person to service drive up customers on peak days & times. Avoid drive up on Friday & Sat. The In Store Customers are serviced while the drive thru people are kept waiting for extended periods of time instead of taking turns between in and out people which could solve some issues. Also could use more training on Customer Service There are some very good people working in the Pharmacy.

Item rang up wrong and, despite clearly posted policy to give mispriced items free, I was only refunded the dollar difference, and that was AFTER the girl went and looked and told me I was wrong and I took her back and showed her the sign.

This review is for Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Madison Ohio - Rude, uncaring, liars with no concept of customer service. Too many other pharmacies at the 528/20 area to go here. Avoid at all costs!
