The pharmacy manager was rude when I attempted to drop off my prescription today. As soon as I told her I have no insurance, she asked me how much I knew the price would be. I said $9 and she made it obvious with her face that she was disgusted and responded with, "Who told you that?" I told her the doctor on the paper, and she said that I am coming to the wrong place because it has never been that price. She also stated she would give me the generic price because that is probably what I could afford with no insurance. Thats extremely rude! She could have been more polite with her responses, and she handed me the paper without offering suggestions on pharmacies that would offer the price I was given by my doctor. I wish I got her name, but she had dark hair and tan skin. Very disappointed in her service.

I like coming here on way back home. Although I consider all publix extremely laid back and quiet. I find that this location is even more quiet and more laid back. Its very rare I find this location busy. Although they dont have as much a variety in the gluten products in this location. It is one of my favorite going to.

This Publix is always on point. Always friendly. Always clean. Always personable staff. The sushi guy never speaks but everyone pretty much does. The new team as of late is extremely friendly and I love it....friendlier even than the old management team. Good job. Keep it up.
