Traded my bike in here on a newer model. Things were all good. The new to me bike didnt make it home. Broke down and had to be towed. Contacted dealer they stated they were going to come get it and make it rite. They did come get it and had it for a week. Said it was fixed. On the way home started to have the same issues. Tried to contact again but no response. So much for upholding their reputation. I am stuck with a bike that I cant ride, missed out on 1 group ride, now missing out on vacation with the group. Supposed to be going on a 1500 mile ride . A.D. Farrow sunbury I would not recommend to friend or family. Kinda left me out to dry. Wish I would jave stayed clear of them. If by chance the issue does get resolved I will update my review.

Sales process = 5 stars. I visited all three locations ovet a long period of time. Bought road glide ultra, competitice price and included 1k and 5k service. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, not pushy at all. Financing was easy and exactly what I expected. Service at Northstar = 3 stars. Have called numerous times and never reached an advisor, left three messages, per the voicemail and did not receive a call back. When the 1000 mile service was finished I wasnt called to pick it up, so I dropped in and was told i could take it, but if I wanted it washed it would be two days before their wash guy could do it. Having said that, the staff is knowledgeable and attemtive when you are in the service lane.

This wasnt the experience I was looking for, I dont know a lot about Harley Davidson, although Ive ridden motorcycles for over 20 years, I am a "not traditional" biker, I dont look like a customer that is about to spend $15000 on a motorcycle, but yes, I am that kind of customer. I decided to buy my first Harley Davidson and this was my first stop, the experience was awful, not excitement nor interest at all from the salesman, barely talk, never got close to the motorcycles that I was interested in. Selling price wasnt a deal breaker, experience definitely was. I wont go there anymore. After this experience, went to Downtown Store (same company) and I found what I was looking for.

(North Star Location) Buell motorcycle owners, they repaired my 09 XB12R Firebolt here. (Sept/2016) They could order parts for it as well. They have three Buells proudly displayed as part of Harley-Davidsons history in their showroom, & they have several Blasts in their upstairs room possibly for Riders Edge use. Nobody treated me weird for not having the HD badge on the side of my bike. The Master Tech that worked on my bike seemed to genuinely care, & repairs were done right the first time. Might be the only location in all of Central Ohio that still cares about this wonderful discontinued line from Harley Davidson.

The staff at this location are incredibly rude and slow. I brought my 2012 sportster in for repair, and the guy behind the counter hardly acknowledged my presence, and was very disinterested! After repair, my warranty covered everything done on my bike, but they were having computer troubles and couldnt seem to figure out how to process it. I had to pay out of pocket, and was told it would be refunded. Three weeks later, I am still calling and calling (because they hardly ever pick up) to get my refund. Avoid this location like the plague!

The sales staff were more involved on playing on their computers than wanting to sale anything . and I was the only customer in the store on a Tuesday afternoon. The shop seemed busy but not 1 person asked if they could help me with anything so I left . sure bet Willie G. Wouldnt like to know that a sales staff was setting around collecting a check like this .

I travel for work and love to stop at different Hsrley stores. I have a bike at home do I usually just check out the retail section. If you are going to work retail dont come in or have a bad attitude. You are only hurting the business. I didnt buy much, thank goodness, but I wont stop/shop there again. The young girl in retail just had a bad attitude!!!

My experience with a D Farrow Harley-Davidson sucked they tried to charge me for more oil than my motorcycle holds and said that if I want to fix my broken mirror I have two by two I am a poor person who owns three bikes and took me all my life to get them and now yall want to soak me for a mere I dont need I have to buy two to get one

Got my license!! If you are looking to get your motorcycle license, this is the class to take. Great instructors that start you out from step one. I came in with NO experience at all and quite nervous and left feel great. Best investment ever. Looking forward to taking the advanced class someday!

We loved AD Farrow when we bought our bike. Great service, friendly staff. HOWEVER, we took our 09 Ultra in for repairs, 6 days later it still in the same spot & no repairs or service has been done. We missed the whole weekend when we could have been out on the bike. We are VERY UNHAPPY!

Disappointed. Stopped there with my wife to find a Fathers day gift, to only find a VERY limited selection of add on parts. Asked a parts guy and his reply was "well, we cant carry everything!" Really? Dont expect the whole catalog, but most dealers have 4-5 times the amount of inventory.

Dealing with trans issue for a year no ride in 2016 took bike in fall of 2016 have not looked at it yet now February of 2017 paid to have stored ,dont know why its there for repair .Bike has not even been looked at .Wife wants a new bike guess where we are not looking at

Im not a huge fan of Harleys. So if I rate a Harley dealer 5 stars you know its top notch. Good prices, no pressure sales team, and a decent selection. If you are a Harley guy or girl, go check it out. Plus its right next to the new tanger outlet mall

I had a oil change scheduled for today. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the oil filter in stock. They apologized and rescheduled me for 8-25-27.
