---I felt the need to email this to magic racing but also post this as a review as I am very upset with how I was treated as a customer at magic racing NUMEROUS times.I would definitely not recommend this shop as I was treated with nothing less than rude behavior and disrespect.--- I have had the opportunity to purchase products from the Shelby Twp location numerous times. Each and every time I have entered the store I have been met with nothing more than a glace.This has happened on every occasion I have been to Magic Racing which would total 5-6 instances. ( I have never once been greeted, offered help or any instance of verbal communication for every single instance I have been in Magic Racing.) What really led me to send this email was how I was treated when I do buy items from the store. The only words to possibly describe my experience is I felt ignored and the employees expressed nothing short of rude behavior. When I walked up to the desk the 2 employees were having a side conversation about "women being compulsive about marriage" or something similar. The topic was extremely unprofessional and one that I would consider completely disrespectful around a customer. I was not even acknowledged. I would guess it was 20-30 seconds before anyone stopped engaging in the conversation and walked over to the register to check out my items even though both employees were no more than 5-6 feet from the register. When I was finally being checked out nothing was said which was very disrespectful as I had already been standing there for a minute and the only verbal communication I had in my 15 minutes in the store was "$20.99 please". Overall, I really do not know what to say. I had thought the first two times in the store with just a glance might have been bad luck. As I continued to make trips to purchase things from the shop it became clear to me there are obvious problems. I am sorry to say but the lack of engagement or just the slightest instance of respect to the customer (myself) has cost you guys my business as a customer and the recommendation of your shop to people that I know. I would hope you guys would do something about this because I am not the only one who has experienced the same mistreatment and disrespect and I think its shows from the countless times I have entered this store with the same result.

ANOTHER negative experience with this shop and I have had my last straw with it. Going other places regardless of price to avoid this place. Last time I was there I had to argue over the price of a service with a few employees because they stated a service was a different price than what I expected (as advertised on their website). End result....... I was right. Felt extremely disrespected and would not have even thought twice about it had I gotten a "youre right, our bad". I was disrespected through the entire process. No mention of apologizing for the mistake, and not anything said after the fact besides "$50" Terrible service, customer interactions and would never recommend this shop to anyone I know. Go anywhere else. Have had 3 straight aweful experiences with this shop. First one I turned my head away, second one I posted my experience because I figured maybe I just had bad luck, third and I will never return to this shop and I am ashamed to have given them any business at all.

Called in today to have a part ordered for me. Even was awesome to deal with was a huge help in identifying the part I needed. However when I called to pay for it the gentlemen that answered was rude with the way he talked to me, it is completely unacceptable to tell someone "it sounds like you dont know what youre talking about." When in fact i knew what part i needed to pay for. If he would have let me finish what i was saying I would have told him Even already wrote up a invoice for me and I was calling to pay for it. I ended that call right after his comment... I bought my bike from you guys and had a great experience but that was just ruined by the rude interaction today. I will be taking my business else where for now on, using a company that doesnt talk down to the customer on the phone. Thank you for the GREAT bike but your employee needs to learn how to respect his customers.

Placed an internet order for 2 oil filters and motul 10w60. I chose in store pick up, and got a confirmation email and charged for everything. When I went to the store 5 hours later, I was told that since Mike, the guy in charge of internet orders, was not around, they could not process my order. Instead I was told to buy a different filter and Motorex 10w60 and charged again. I was then told they would let Mike know not to process the order and to go cancel the internet payment myself. That night I submitted a paypal dispute. Three days later I get a call saying my parts are in. I tried to tell Mike the situation, but I was faced with an attitude, and told that he could not refund me since I submitted a dispute. I instead spent 1 hour with chase to dispute this charge, which they honored. Would not recommend this place to anyone I come across.

Awesome shop, awesome prices, and the nicest and most helpful and respectful guys youll find. Their prices even beat most online prices youll see. They generally have everything you in stock too, (other than really uncommon parts) and when they dont, they get the order in very quickly and are great about keeping you in touch (thru experience, Ive only had to order two really uncommon parts thru them and they called me for pickup in two days). none of the "order everything" BS other shops make you deal with. words cant express how happy I am with the shop, especially after dealing with other shops that have given me issues in the past. Proud to have their logo on my shirt and bike. Id never shop anywhere else if I had the choice.

Great store! The employees are very friendly and they helped me out with everything I needed. When they didnt have what I needed they would order it for me right away! Anyone who needs to get something ASAP should go here. The "Mike" that the other guy was talking about was actually very helpful and called me as soon as my stuff came in the I needed, they are also the only Michigan dealers I know that sell KTM bikes at a good cost. Also, each year they have pro riders come in the day before the Supercross which I highly enjoy and love to go every year.

These folks change tires for my Harley quickly and efficiently. I bring in the old tire/wheel and the new tire and they swap it out (with dynabeads so no weights to mar my expensive mag wheels) . I usually go get some lunch and come back and its done. My experiences have all been good. They seem to know what they are doing, they have always treated me with respect, and the prices are very fair. Since I moved to Farmington Hills from Troy, the ride is a bit longer, but I havent found anyone who can touch them on this side of town.
