We stopped in during the Creekside Jazz & Blues Festival and had such a great time! The ice cream scoopers were entertaining and fun to watch. If you are in Gahanna, make sure you take time to stop by to be entertained while you watch them prepare your ice cream. All other managers & owners of cold stone locations should stop in and see how it is done! Bravo and we will be back!

Arrived 12:05 PM. Hours said open at 11:30 AM. Establishment not open. Many people were standing around wanting to get some ice cream on Sunday afternoon. It also was national ice cream day. No sign on door. Bad way to run a business. I guess well take our business to other ice cream establishments in Gahanna that are open when they say they will be. Extremely disappointed.

Such a great place to stop and get ice cream when youre hanging out at Creekside. The staff is always extremely friendly, and the milkshakes are a great sweet treat! The location is great too, as you can walk a little and enjoy your ice cream on a bench by the creek.

This area of gahanna is so nice with the creek nearby. Theyve really done a great job with the atmosphere. This cold stone is also nice, although kinda small inside and for some reason the bathroom is locked and requires asking for a key from an employee to use.

Went on a Monday night Memorial Day. Were out of a advertised item. Had to substitute Was not given a lid. My daughter was given a lid and no bag. Spoons were laid on the nasty counter. The server went on to serve others before he was finished serving us.

Ice cream folded with toppings on a marble slab. Its entertaining to watch but even better if you go topping crazy and get plenty of extras. Dont be afraid to spend a little more for the extra toppings to really enjoy the experience.

Cant really go wrong with cold stone. The portion sizes are generous so dont feel like you need to spring for the largest size. The area around here is super walkable so feel free to take your ice cream to go.

One of my favorite ice cream spots. Love watching them fold the toppings into my ice cream. The service can be slow at Times due to the amount of time it takes to make some flavors.

Went to go get ice cream hours online apparently arent the hours they are actually open. It was almost 1:00 PM and they were still closed
