**This review is solely for the bakery department** When I got married, we decided to get our wedding cake done by Giant Eagle (in Ashtabula, though) and EVERYONE thought it was delicious and one of the best cakes theyve had at a wedding! Now, every time we have a special event my family gets celebration cakes at G.E. Recently, my mom and I decided to throw a surprise birthday for my dad while they were up here visiting from Kentucky and we definitely needed a cake. So, I went down and spoke with a baker at this location and planned a simple sheet cake for the party! She was great to work with and helpful with suggestions and what they could do for the cake. They went above and beyond what I had asked of them in baking/decorating the cake. I had asked for brown and orange party streamer designs along the edge to do a Browns themed cake. When I went to pick it up, they not only did the streamer designs, but added on Browns helmet and mini footballs to the cake, too! It was perfect! I know it might seem silly that something as small as this made the evening, but it was the little bit of extra effort to do more for the customer that made it awesome! Good job and thanks so much!

You should really work on changing your hours on here. I was rudely stopped at the door by an older gentlemen closing the night of 1/31/17 and told you close at 11, when it says 12 am on here. Im not one to trouble a staff at last minute which is why I checked google for the hours before I went. Just so everybody knows, apparently they close at 11.

I bought prepared food and sat in 1 of the 2 tables randomly placed in the back of the store, (maybe the worst dining experience ever, even for a supermarket). BAD selection of beer, and produce shelves were empty or filled with salad mix that was already expired. Go further down Lorain Road to the next Giant Ripoff location in North Olmsted.

Straightforward example of a Giant Eagle. This is pretty well located in the heart of Fairview Park, right off of Lorain road. Its set back far enough that there is plenty of parking. There are traffic lights to make it easier to get in and out of the plaza. Not the newest or best store, but its just fine for what it does.

They literally have half the items of a normal Giant Eagle. I live less then 1/4 and will still DRED when I have to stop. Left a half full cart since I would have to go to another location for the other half. Avacados are always way over ripe and salad expire in a day. Hate this place!!!

I will never go to this location again , Three of us all needed help at the self check out , waited over 15 min And even with a cashier calling for help 3 times no one came to help ....I just left

Wide range of name brands. I can usually find what Im looking for. This giant eagle is definitely not as up-to-date as others and doesnt have a very friendly atmosphere.
