This store has serious issues. I waited 15 minutes and was not served in the deli department or meat department either as they were both severely understaffed. Two thumbs down for orchestrating what any customer consider service, not to mention NO SMILES. One of their idiot employees also left the salad bar solid glass sneeze guard OPEN-I walked into it and bashed my forehead as She was too LAZY to consider the customers safety over not doing her job. I spoke with an shift mgr, who appeared to have been pulled out of Deep Retirement, and he acted as if I bothered him with my issue. Do yourself a favor and save Your own issues by choosing not to shop in the Spartanburg location as everyone seemed to take their jobs for granted as well as the customer too! This happened 4272016.

Seems understaffed at times. I have been to get a salad several times with the salad bar half put out at lunch. Employees are working but the deli area seems to need more help because its busy. Salad bar dressing needs to be in different containers because they are messy and arent clean from spilled liquid. Nice store but seems to need more help to provide the customer service level you ask for in your prices. I like the products the store offers but think there is opportunity for improvement.

We were there this morning (Saturday). I have seen the meat counter in such a mess. We drove 45 minutes to buy the meat that was on sale and they were completely out. Over half of the meat selections were completely empty. I have never seen this place in such disarray. Your meat counters are always stocked and fresh. I was so frustrated that I left. What is going on. It is Saturday..... people want to grill... I didnt even see any of the familiar check out people. Are you closing?

I love the environment when coming here, and the tasty samples. we got some olives, a fresh salad, and some chocolate covered coffee beans all for under $10. The sushi seemed very affordably priced too. Also I enjoyed seeing their great tea variety. the place was clean, and the employees were friendly and willing to help. One even gave our 2 year old a cookie.

Customer service is always quite poor. The cashiers never seem to be happy to be there, and dont seem to know how to use the registers. This would be ok at a discount grocer, but given that the store markets itself as upscale, with prices to boot, I hesitate to shop there until management gets its act together.

I always enjoy the high quality food with great options for lunch. Its nice to eat outside but when the weather is poor, they have tables inside as well. Unfortunately nobody has been very friendly - particularly at the checkout, but they at least do their job efficiently.

Lewis (manager) went out of his way to make sure that they had plenty of flowers in stock before we made the trip down to purchase them. The Fresh Market never disappoints us but Lewiss enthusiasm just reaffirmed it for me! Thank you!

Newly renovated low prices and pretty decent quality store branded items. Great customer service much cleaner than the food loin on South blvd. I went there last night to do my shopping after work and I loved it!

Wonderful place to shop. The prices arent the best in the world and they do not carry every product know to man, but this place brings a far better shopping experience for me than an Ingles or Walmart.
