I would just like to say thank you so much to Dee in the kitchen service area I was there last night 8-18-16 and she went out of her way to help me!! She was amazing! Second I would also like to thank Jessica in the register area for making me and my son feel very comfortable when I had gotten to many things and had to put things back and Lori as well!!! They both were great!! However the girl Stephanie who was also by the cash register was not so pleasant and the reason for me giving the store 1 star. She was very rude and just not nice when I had asked her if I could just start over with my groceries she had a huge attitude like what I was asking was the most horrible thing ever. Like she had never done that or what not. She seemed to be very angry at the task I was asking. She made me not want to get anything and just walk out. Mind you no one was behind me it was late but not to late to where the store was closing and the store was very slow guest wise. I could see if I was holding up the line or making people wait but it was practically empty. Just a little detail so u can get the picture. Also I never said anything to her that was mean or unhappy guest wise or anything to stir up trouble. I kept my mouth closed. I didnt say one word. Just asked for what I needed. So for her to just treat me like that was uncalled for. Then while I was in Loris line she was standing there just staring at me giving me dirty looks. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I cant stress that enough. In my opinion she should not be working there as I always found GE to be a very welcoming place and with her working there Im sure youll have guests leaving. But if it wasnt for the other ladies I would of of left awhile ago.

I only have experience with the Specialty Pharmacy, not the actual store. My husband recently got a prescription for Humira and it was sent to this pharmacy to be filled. Jennifer was so extremely helpful, our insurance required us to use the CVS Caremark specialty pharmacy so she had it transferred there. CVS couldnt get anything figured out, they ended up taking 3 additional days to get it filled. Jennifer did everything she could do to make it easy for us, she was on the phone with myself and CVS for hours at a time trying to get answers as to why CVS was taking so long. She stayed over her shift to help (along with the pharmacist there in case they could get it filled for us). My experience with CVS was absolutely horrible but Jennifer at Giant Eagles pharmacy did everything she could to help us. We have since left CVS completely and Jennifer is working on handling his prescription from now on. I would recommend her and Giant Eagle over any other pharmacy.

I special ordered a cake to be picked up by noon, go to pick it up and the order form was put in the wrong drawer apparently AND THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR CAKE MADE!! So they were going to make it right then and there but were out of chocolate and asked if I wanted a white one! Really? NO! IF I WANTED A WHITE CAKE THATS WHAT I WOULDVE ORDERED TO BEGIN WITH!! So somehow they "found" a chocolate cake and constructed a bunny out if it. I can only imagine what this special order bunny cake is going to taste like! While I was ordering the bunny cake I also put an order on for our daughters bday cake for next week....OF COURSE I CANCELLED THAT ORDER!! NEVER AGAIN GIANT EAGLE!!

My wife and I have shopped at this store since it opened. We have always received courteous service. I especially like and recommend the sushi, muffins and the black Angus meat sold in the store. The only reason I do not grant them five stars is because they have stopped stocking some of the items we used to buy from them (scones ,a certain brand of baked beans, soap, and tea so far). Since asking for these items back has not worked we now purchase these desired items at a less convenient store.

I like most of the other Giant Eagle stores in the area, but this one is an exception. Poor customer service (dont bother with the dry-cleaning unless youve got time to stand around waiting for someone to help you), missing items & unreliable stock compared to most of the other Giant Eagle stores, and a parking lot that feels like stepping into Deathrace 2000.

The closest thing metro Cleveland has to the Giant Eagle "Market District" high-end brand store. But the swanky interior comes at a price... A lot of stuff, especially produce, is considerably more expensive than the same product at the more urban store not far away on W-117th. So good stuff available here, but you pay a ripoff-the-suburbs premium for it!

Best store for produce, very nice and fresh all the time. I also love the fresh variety of meats and fish. I will not visit the deli anymore, the deli people are very rude. The rest of the store I will say is very clean and the cashiers are always very friendly when I come shop at the Rocky River store!

Huge store, big selection, often long checkout lines. Has the stuff you need but can be a tiring excursion. Perhaps someone with a fitbit can post exactly how much walking is necessary to purchase both produce and cream cheese at opposite ends of the store.

Although convenient, this place is ridiculous! A fair amount to choose from, but their prices should be illegal!! A Good beer and wine selection and some sexy women walking around arent enough to make up for the murder your wallet will go through!

One cashier and ten people with full carts waiting in line. Line did not move for about 15 minutes. I set my 5 items down and left. I called the manager about this the next day. Giant Eagle you need to stop short staffing!

I love their Cafe. Today I had the A Team, Mr Kim at the sushi counter and Alex at the register. I usually see both of them when I stop n for a quick dinner. They are both so very pleasant and take pride in their work.

The Center Ridge Giant Eagle is always clean and inviting. Their selection of products is plentiful. And even though I have 2 other Giant Eagle stores closer to my house, I prefer shopping at the Center Ridge store. :)

Joke. Over priced. Wait in line for ages. Why not shop at Aldis where produce is non GMO and pesticide free for a fraction of the cost? Water bottles BPA free too at Aldis. People are nice though.

The produce here (both regular and organic) seems to mostly be in varying levels of rotten. I could not find a single decent bunch of green onions, head of cauliflower, package of "fresh" basil.

I went out of my way to shop at this store Love it ! wide selection of prepared foods fresh salad bar attractive lounge area to sit and relax. Wifi. Starbucks. What else can you ask for !

I am an employee of another Giant Eagle store and had the pleasure of working in the Bakery dept. today and I loved it. This is an amazing place and I urge everyone to check it out!!
