A pretty awful example of what made Home Depot great, all in all. My main complaint about this store is that they use a terrible contractor for their water heater installation, and display no willingness to help a longtime, loyal customer (who has spent several thousands of dollars on Home Depot goods and services) in spite of their problems with that contractor. They basically just said, oh well- that is who we use so too bad if you dont like it. This was communicated to me by a ridiculously incompetent, longtime employee of the store- who was put out by the fact that I took him to task over a customer service issue. Such a response is absolutely unacceptable, and if the store management had any concern about the customers... well, maybe I would have a new water heater right now. The concerns of the customer should be taken a lot more seriously by this stores management. Overall, the employees here are mediocre at best- though a few have provided me with decent customer service. I do have a bit of a problem with no one in the store knowing anything about what Home Depot carries online... honestly if this store wasnt the closest and best option in terms of their inventory, I would go somewhere else.

Came to this Home Depot to purchase a new washing machine today at 730pm. My girlfriend and I waited in the appliance department for over an hour, after multiple trips to the "customer service" desk and still nothing was done to help us. But there were five different people in orange aprons aimlessly tredging around the department, incompetence is definitely an issue at this store. After I snatched the sales tag down off of the rack and took it up to the "customer service" desk, I was then faced with the problem of people who were clueless. When you meet a customer at the point of contact, especially with the largest order in the line, and you begin the transaction...Finish it!!! But I guess Duct tape, bubble wrap, and a gift card are more pressing issues the a washing machine. Needless to say Im never going back there, Ive never had that problem at other Home Depots, and Im not recommending the sawmill location no matter the convience to any family or friends.

My experience at Home Depot has been terrible. My online purchases incurred problems with transportation, delivery, repeated damage on orders and a lack of customer service at my local store. I am very disappointed, my contractor is frustrated as well. The products offered on line are great selections but, buyer beware. You will end up speaking to a phone center who can only offer you a discount and can not promise after ordering an item for a third time, it will arrive undamaged!

This review is for the truck rental service only. It is a total scam! Firstly they never tell you you need to fuel it back or youll get charged $8/gallon. Then the joke is when I brought it back I literally had to stand in line for 20 minutes to turn in my key and that time counts towards the rental time. Youre basically paying them to stand in line and wait on their very slow service. The service elsewhere in the store is terrific.

Bought a fan from here a couple months ago and the fuse broke. Came here to get a replacement and they dont carry it in store. Asked if they could ship it to my house for free, and they said no, they could only ship to the store for free. That plus the fact that I had to walk around for 5 minutes to find the nice gentleman who finally helped me get to this non-resolution (not his fault, bad company policy) leads me to give 2 stars.

We went here two consecutive days for home improvement demonstrations. On the first day, the demonstration started 20 minutes late. The employee doing the demonstration was completely unprepared and his work was sloppy. The next day after waiting for 35 minutes we finally left. They kept saying 5 more minutes and finally, we gave up.

This is my preferred Home Depot of all the ones in the central Ohio area. Staff is consistent. ( not a lot of turnover). They are mature and interested in making sure you leave with your needs met. Plumbing and Electric have great long term employees that know how to be Helpful and have knowledge and experience in their field.

Whomever they outsource for their tiling jobs are very unprofessional. Cancelled on me twice. Home Depot wouldnt accommodate me or my time frame to get the project done. ive already had to spend extra money on this, when it could have been totally avoidable. Will be doing business with another retailer at this point.

Sat for 15-20 min. in one of their chairs in the center of the main isle of the store under the Doors & Windows sign and had a total of zero people help me. No one even walked by to ask what I was going sitting there. One guy attempted to help pre-sitting by saying hed send someone, but that failed too. Pathetic.

Terrible service, more interested in me taking surveys than helping me find what I need, staff are rude and worthless at best, this is not just my experience but many friends and family also, dont waste you time or money here. Talked to Manager and he was very apologetic, however the service never improved!!!!!

I have bought many items at this store including tools, a DeWalt table saw and lumber. Too many boards are warped and you need to pick through them find find a straight one. They have premium pine boards from Sweden and New Zealand with no knots. Wait for sales or free financing specials when they have them.

Asked three different employees where to find something pretty basic, no one knew, was pointed in three different directions without any additional help, and I never found what I came in for. A total waste of time - I should have just gone to my local hardware store, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I am shopping at this location today , flooring department . Bad experience, the guy who take care me is not friendly . He took care some customer who is come after us and it took him 40 minutes to get my stuff. I feel very sorry about this visit, I should just give him only one star .

Goto home store Clean store with well-maintained displays. They usually have what I need. Staff is limited but helpful. Dan at customer service desk is great. Decent selection of tool manufacturers (Dewalt, Makita, Milwaukee, etc.)

This quite possibly is the best HD Ive been to. The staff is ridiculously helpful, starting from cashiers all the way to managers. The stock is always there and the store is neat and organized!
