Mark is a liar schemer. Along with dawn who has propositioned many men for cash..both trying to get rid of mgr..so mark can return to mgr . He had in bayimore...nazis...revealing truth brings out the baptist nazis...their customer service lied and threatened me.. and the girl above who claims customer service desk is wonderful works at the customer service desk what a bunch of liars and connivers out of all all retail stores within 50 miles of Easley Home Depot Easley is the worst there is no business in the city of Easley or Pickens County which deserves any customers the food is bad the service is bad corrupt criminal they steal the money they dont do the work Pleasantburg road is not that far away

I recently ordered a fireplace console online to be sent to the Easley, SC store. My experience from beginning to end was fabulous! I do not say this lightly! Usually I dread dealing with a purchase and delivery, but this experience ran so smoothly I was truly amazed! Dawn at customer service took excellent care of my assembly and delivery needs. Robert and Roger were the personnel who made my delivery and took great care that everything was perfect. After they left I was so thrilled I wanted to cry. This experience was absolutely the BEST! Thank you all so much!

Our dryer went out, so we went to Home Depot in Easley to buy a new one. We selected the top-of-the-line $1100 dryer, only to be told it would be a WEEK before we could have the dryer delivered...?!? How can this place stay in business with an appliance center that has ZERO items in stock and a week delivery estimate?! What if we needed a new refrigerator? My advice to you...DO NOT SHOP HOME DEPOT FOR APPLIANCES UNLESS YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING A WEEK TO RECEIVE THEM! This is a horrible way to do business. James Gilstrap, Jr.

Incredibly P.O.ed. Went to purchase a microwave they had priced for $218 and they told me that there would be a $58 delivery charge. Even if I pick it up in store. If it costs $277 put a $277 price tag on it. tag on it not a $218 tag. # false advertising. I also wanted to buy a chainsaw that the website said was in stock but they were out of those also. . They lost a $400 sale. I ordered it from Walmart at Home Depot price.

I consistently get poor customer service at this Home Depot. Cashiers and associates up front are friendly and greet you. However, further into the store when I ask an associate for assistance I am often ignored and I have even had two associates turn and walk away from me. Those who do try to help, but do not know what/where an item is, just say they do not know and do not offer to help find any other assistance.

I went for some light bulbs because I heard they have some cheap light bulbs. Unfortunately, the associate seemed to be having a bad day and told me they didnt sell light bulbs. Thankfully, a different associate, Kenny, was walking by and cheerfully offered to walk me straight to the discounted light bulbs. Thank you Kenny and I hope your allergies are better now.

I was treated in a demeaning manor by Mark, a manager. After bringing back my lawn mower for the third time, I asked for a refund (still under warranty). He did not listen to my concerns at all and was borderline combative. He was not the least bit friendly and did not offer to help me. I will no longer be shopping at this Home Depot location.

Less traffic, way more home depot reps, much faster checkout than at the lowes down the street. They dont carry as much inventory and the store is smaller but this is my go-to place for small stuff if Im around my house.
