Very disappointed in Home Depot. Twice I have scheduled a window consultation and twice they did not bother to show or to call to say they would not be there. Called manager and he assured me he would find out reason and call me back. No call back. Went up to the store and talked to Kevin. Very nice. Said lack of communication between call center and installer. Installer supposed to call today. Its 4:54pm... and nothing. This is the third time home depot! :( I feel very unappreciated and unwanted as a customer.

So went into home depot today to get something. My mother and i asked about a bug killing light and no one knew besides one awesome gentleman who did help out. After acquiring said product, we decided to check out. No lanes was open but just the self check outs. The woman there did not greet nor wish us a happy day or a safe one. So whats the point in coming into the store and finding what you need online. Really who needs humans.

They didnt offer any help at all plus Im on a cane nobody offered to help me load the 12x10 carpet I bought. The very next day my wife went in and was look at weedeaters and nobody offered to help her then. Everyone was either on theyre phones or standing around talking to each other needless to say that store want be getting anymore of our business.

Recently purchased a riding mower at this store. The mower in question was out of stock when I originalywanted to buy it. The employees were extremly helpful. one in particular "Freddy" even went to another store to transfer the mower for me. He said he had to be in the area of the other store any way. i was pleased with the service recieved.

Great customer service, large selection of products and one of the best garden centers in the area. Any time I have had a problem with merchandise from here they have ALWAYS went above and beyond to address the issue and fix it. I LOVE shopping with Home Depot and appreciate their large selection of Halloween decor and holiday products.

Had a problem with an online order (no fault of the store,problem was on the online end)....anyways, the manager fixed the problem, personally pulled the order and helped load everything herself. Always nice to see this kind of excellent customer service. Thanks to the manager Karen and all of her team...great people, great service!

I have never had a problem with them, they have always been more then helpful. Have always tried to answer any questions I may have. Never had a problem with any products that I have purchased from them either. What more could you ask for.

Walked at 8:00 am , ghost town , needed a plumbing part. They called the young manager , he fixed me right up ! Three other stores couldnt help , including that smiley guy at Lowes .
