Avoid this store and go to the Lakewood Ranch store. I went in to get a paint sample for a particular color of theirs (Collonade Grey) and it went like this: Customer (me): Can you help me find a paint chip? Employee (Sara), No, theyre all just right here (pointing to the 10,000 or so colors in their display). Me: Well, are they sorted in any way? Sara: No. Well, they are sorted by color code. Me: Can you help me find the color code for Collonade Grey? Sara: No, you just have to find the color (again referring to their display of 10,000 colors) So I say to Siri, "Search the web for Collonade Grey." In five seconds I have the color code and in five more seconds I have the chip in my hand. Sara somehow looks insulted and dumbfounded at the same time. Me: Can you make me a paint sample for Collonade grey? Sara: No, my computer is down. So, a 35 mile trip wasted. Sara, your job is going to be taken by a robot very soon. Maybe then Ill waste less time at Sherwin Williams.
