The bathroom in my newly-purchased 1950s ranch was in poor condition and needed to be gutted. The original chrome accessories, such as the soap dish and the recessed toilet paper holder, were rusted and could not be saved. However, I did not want to replace them with cheap Chinese-made big box store junk. After doing some research on the internet, I was delighted to come across Eclectic-Wares website. I ordered about $200 worth of ceramic accessories manufactured by Apple Creek Products: Two sets of towel brackets/bars, a towel ring, soap dish, toothbrush and tumbler holder, and recessed toilet paper holder. The items were well-packed and arrived in flawless condition - Not a single scratch or chip to be found. As an Ohio resident, I was also happy to see that the items were manufactured in Ohio. I am very pleased with Eclectic-Wares service and the quality of the products they carry, and I will for sure be a repeat customer.

I live in the UK and as we are renovating our bathroom I was looking for a recessed soap dish for the side of our bath so as to avoid knocking into a sticking out one with my elbow or trying to balance the soap on the edge of the bath. A ceramic recessed soap dish does not seem to exist in the UK and after much searching I came across AC products and then Eclectic-ware. I was amazed by the range of products and colours and even more impressed by the service - prompt and helpful replies to my enquiries and immediate dispatch. The product was extremely well packaged and arrived in the UK in less than two weeks. I am delighted with the soap dish and with the matte white glaze which will look well with the surrounding tiling.Highly recommended.

I had spent three days surfing the web trying to find bone colored bathroom fixtures and literally stumbled upon Eclectic-wares site. Their web page is wonderful, both user and people friendly - their verbage makes you feel like you are interacting with real people. While the range and number of their products is amazing, at the same time ordering was incredibly easy. Staff responded almost immediately with an email confirming my order and I was pleased to see that although I live in Hawaii, the shipping costs were not outrageous. A great company - I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

We ordered ceramic soap dishes and towel bars - Couldnt find them anyplace else in bone color. We had thought our builder was going to supply these items but at the last minute found out we had to find them on our own. John got us what we needed in record time, well packaged and in good condition. Its a little scary not getting a confirmation right away. I would encourage you to call if you place an order online and havent heard back in a few days. Thats what I had to do, but I got right through and all questions were answered.

Needed a replacement for a ceramic end piece on a towel rack. Found Eclectic-ware and was able to send broken pieces to them (John) to establish a color match. Placed the order on Friday and had the replacement by Wednesday of the following week. Perfect match and perfect service. Was totally pleased with the experience. Ordered late on a Sunday, received an email early Monday that the order was filled and being shipped the next day. I was able to find a perfect match so I could add more towel bars to our 23 year old bathrooms, and to find a source of replacement parts. I also like that it is made in America. My follow up email to have some questions answered arrived about an hour after I sent it, very quick response. Nice to see a company doing business the old fashioned way.
