Today we stopped in to check on matching paint with a cabinet that was on display. After talking to three persons and one was the three was a department manager to no avail. We were approached by Jessie who worked in the paint department and he went over and above our expectations, even removing one of the doors from the display to get a perfect match. Once he mixed the sample he then schooled us on what kind of paint to buy for our needs. What a blessing to have an employee like Jessie who is so well versed in so many areas as well as the best customer service that I have ever had. Very high regards, Kerry Gannon Lakeland, Fl.

Nothing worst than getting bad service help but then for it to be a plumbing part and the only one left. The package had been opened and I ask the helper if it was all their and of course it was but not only was it not all their someone had stole the new part and put in an old part. The helper should have know it and I am not a plumber and a woman and I told him that it looked used but no that is only greeses on it. So no to a different store to to get a brand new part.

The staff is not helpful and go the other way when your trying to find something. I just spent 50 dollars there try to return it and they said they wont take it back. When I called customer care they said there nothing they can do. So basically they like our money but dont care about the customer. I will never go to home depot agian. Lowes is way better because they care about the customer. If I could give minus stars I would. -5 thats my rating for you.

Had to come to the North side since the South side didnt have what my husband and I were looking for. Decided to call them before making the drive and assholes had me on wait for the longest. When we got there they STILL didnt have anyone on site in the appliance department. The store is a joke. Well stick to the South side Home Depot, where they do their damn job.

This store is a much better store that the one pn S. Florida @Ave on Lakeland,Fl. I find the staff friendly and willing to help you. i went to customer service with a picture of a shelving unit I wanted. They not only went and got it for me but also took it to car for me.I was very pleased . I am handicapped and the guy went out if his way to help me.

I come to this location often, we never miss a kids workshop. We were late to the last one, they ran out of Easter projects. But that happens. The staff is great, during workshops, and Normal shipping visits. One guy was kinda rude, i asked a price one 4x4s he rudely said "the 4x4s are right here" " i said yeah, i know. I need a price."

Had to visit this north Lakeland store location as the South was out of an item we needed. Lets just say didnt seem organized at all. The employees were not helpful or greeting in the slightest. They was just not friendly at all. The South store location now tgats a different story. Very helpful & friendly.

I like this one, except I have difficulty getting lumber. It seems difficult when I go to track someone down in that section. Also, the last couple times I tried to buy cull lumber it wasnt marked and it either takes a long time to price, or they tell you to go back to lumber with it to have them mark it.

It was so helpful that I couldnt find anything I was looking for. I cant believe that they dont sell golden chicken tender flavored pizza in the shape of a pineapple. Also there customer service is real geud. I cant believe how rude they were. ;(
