I went to the home Depot in Elyria to help my mother in law with purchasing bath tub doors. The staff member who helped was very nice, but was not knowledgeable and wouldnt you know it we ended up with doors that did not fit over the tub. We all had to go back to home Depot and exchange. The lady at the returns register was certainly very nice, but she did not offer any help with the heavy doors, nor did anyone help us with finding the right door we wanted. The bath tub doors were not on the Isle marked bath, but we found them after splitting up and I had to find a cart, and my mother in law and I got it on the cart before my husband was able to find us on the Isle he searched for. Why werent the correct doors brought to us at the front? Why are there so many employees standing around not helping? Very poor experience.

I will return just solely because the amusement I had. I was buying wire strippers and the Klein brand have the grip partially out but not enough. So I tried opening just a tad more to get a better grip while keeping it sealed. Instantly 2 men pretending to be on the phone started to obviously follow me. I quickly realized they were secret shoppers and made sure to have fun with it. I went halfway down isles then turned around catching their head snapping the other direction and also walking in circles slowly. Lol I had a ball but maybe they should be more secret......

Typical Home Depot where the employees on the floor avoid eye contact or duck into another aisle before you cross their path. Thankfully the selection is good, and I already have the know how so I dont have to hear some kid telling me false information. There was one employee working on the floor who did ask if I needed help. She was older, had a great smile, and surprised me. This older, gentle, smiling lady was willing to help out while these younger bitter guys offered none at all. Good for you! I wish I knew your name. You are awesome.

Just wasted an hour in the strongsville Ohio store. Home Depots website said they were stocked with a certain product I was looking for. No one in the store knew where the product should be. Finally after about an hour of them sending me around the store, the customer service desk told me they were out and their stock number was a mistake. The manager never came to speak with me upon request. Someone from concierge came to tell me they didnt have any in store again.

This store is a joke they will send you a email saying your order is ready and it is never ready. And the old lady at the online order takes forever to get your order. I waited 30 min for an on line order. Brunswick you walk in and walk out. Strongsville is a joke. The employees act like they are above you. Look buddy you work at Home Depot making no money get off your high horse I will never do business here. I am a pro member and this store is awful

If you order deal of the day online to pick up in store, to save some money , dont waste your time. Youll get email notification next day that your order is cancelled. If you call home depot customer service they will tell you reason for cancellation was item is out of stock and the deal was for a limited time only. You can buy the item for a regular price. What a deal?

After dealing with GE and their horrible service, I got a hold of Home Depot to help me get my appliances. The instantly jumped in, all hands on deck and after experiencing GE and their horrible call center personalities, my appliances are now in my house three days later!! Thank you David, Andrea, and their instillation team: Jim and Eric!! You all did a fantastic job.

Why is it every time I go to this store something I need it is out of stock? Went for small halogen spot lights two days in a row, tag is on shelf and its spot is empty. Went back the following day.....same thing. Asked the clerk to check inventory showed 23 in store, have no idea where they are but they have 23. I do know theyre not on the shelf for purchase.

I run a small home improvement company in Parma Heights. My crew and I are always purchasing from this location. The Brookpark location is slightly closer but we choose Strongsville for 3 reasons: The staff is more available, the staff knows their stuff, and they always seem to have what we need.

They are stocked well in common told like screw drivers and hammers but have no selection in tools I need to buy. Like 6" channel locks, flush cuts, small tool pouches, etc. Whats worse is their tool cage guy had never even heard of these tools. This place is pathetic.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Home Depot is well stocked an has a great selection. A little more expensive than its neighbor Lowes but when looking for products that have varying quality (like lumber) Home Depot is worth it every time.

Clean walk areas. Staff is concerned about customer safety. Management goes above and beyond the call of duty. Great store to shop. More options than other stores. Check out whats online if you cant find it in the store.

Had to do a return. Was told at returns desk computer not working correctly (will be fixed in Sept) and we had to go to Customer Service. We did quite a bit of waiting.
