I got some beautiful flowers and a great deal on mulch...I also bought a John Deere riding mower...I needed a truck to get the mower home..the associate suggested I rent...sounds great right? I mean Im here the mower is here...what a great way to get done long before I thought I would..right? NOOOOO!! THE TRUCK HAD NO LIFT GATE! IT WAS HOWEVER MUCH HIGHER THAN A NORMAL PICK UP TRUCK! SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO GET IT DOWN THESE HUGE RAMPS...WHY WOULD SUCH A HUGE COMPANY HAVE SUCH A BAD AND DANGEROUS CHOICE FOR THE CUSTOMER? MY HUBBY IS OVER 60....HE SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THIS AT ALL....BUT THAT STUPID DELIVERY TRUCK WE RENTED WAS THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF WHAT TURNED OUT TO BE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Bad Customer service and rude people, I went to buy a grill, They left me waiting for 35 minutes to assist me, After waiting I insisted to talk to the manager. After I chose my grill, the only one left. When Im going to pay, i asked Kathy the cashier if she can give me something to clean it, HER ANSWER WAS: Take it to your house, that you Latinos are good at cleaning. My response was: I am buying something new NO second-hand And Im paying. I do not mind the racist comment, because if we are good she is right but the nasty tone she used.

Do not purchase anything you might want these guys to instal. They will be forever getting it done and will not show up when they say they will. And if they need to come back and fix something forget it, we are still waiting. Took em a month to hook up our dishwasher and then we had to pay extra cause the line wouldnt reach, (it was going in the same spot the old one came out of)

This is the best store for service and knowledgeable associates. Moved to Winter Haven from St. Pete (always a Home Depot junkie!). I was so taken back by the friendly staff compared to St. Pete.
