My boyfriend and I went to this pawn shop in search of laptop we wanted to get prices on them so he could purchase one as a gift for me, well upon entering the store we were greeted by a nice gentleman who, not only assisted us right away but answered every question we had, we then were taking to look at a couple of really nice laptops and they were marked more than what we 1. Wanted to pay for a used one and 2. What we had at the time, instead of being rude or even turning us away the gentlemen assisting us, marked the laptops down for us to pick one we wanted for a really nice discounted price, we ended up getting a really nice great condition laptop in our price range, upon check out the gentlemen lowered the price even more to make the total price with tax included better fit our budget. When we were getting ready to exchange cash for the laptop we asked if he had any laptop cases for sale and the gentlemen went and found the only one they had left and actually gave it to us for free. Also as we were getting ready to leave we saw a engagement ring that was exactly what we wanted and he happily assited us in trying the ring on and getting a price, he also informed us about the generous lay-a-way program. All in all we dealt with 2 different gentlemen that were very friendly and helpful, we had a very pleasant experience shopping at this location and will definitely return with future purchases in mind, as they have really good products in fantastic condition well under retail and other pawn prices.

If you buy anything from this pawn shop Dont think once about returning it for you money back. If it broken they will fix it. I bought a gun from them and they wouldnt take it back for a return 2 business days later. Because they dont take things back. Was told if there was something wrong with it then they would fix it but rather than that they take no returns. So you buy it your stuck with it. Is that a way to run a business? Take in mind there is no signs on walls or doors nothing posted in there shop about returns. Even on the receipt said nothing about there return policy. You would think if they didnt take returns they would have it posted. Let me know what you think. Maybe even get someone that knows the law about how returns should work.

Mr. Pawn and its representative Michael Schenking are in procession of my stolen property, a new $850 Generator that was stolen from me this month. The serial numbers match and the police notified me to go pick up my property. Mr. Pawn wanted me to pay $250 to get it back. I asked them nicely to reconsider and was turned down. I have done bussiness with these guys several times, and never encountered any of the problems I have with other Pawn shops. They do not haggle on there prices, because they are, in my opinion,already fairly priced. With other Pawn shops they mark up there items to outrageous prices, then offer you half of that to make you think your getting a deal.

Easily the best Pawn Shop I have been to in Dayton. Superb costumer service. They work with you. They have a awesome selection of things and they even offer a lay-a-way program. Reasonable prices. Whether its a TV, guitar or laptop this is the place to go. I have never pawned anything here however so I can not recommend them for that.

The one thing I miss most about being in Dayton every month was this place. Genuine, Authentic owners. Cannot recommend anyone NATIONWIDE more than Mr. pawn - quality people and owners. Selection - and they stand by the product - amazing... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
