I have been going to this pawn shop for over 15 years I stopped going because I didnt like how they did my sister in-law when she had a funeral of her brother/cousin and they wouldnt let her off, gave her a choice her job or the funeral naturally she choose the funeral . So I decided to give them another chance I had just been laid off from RadioShack because of bankruptcy and from going from a managers pay to unemployment pay I needed a loan. So I decided to give them a chance again I go in with my Dr.Dre Beats Studios orange color to get a loan and they do 1 minute of searching on the Internet if they were fake and tell me no we arent going to except these cause they are fake so I ask them how did you come to that conclusion they said because the box has gray letters on it well if your looking at color beats the lettering is in gray. So I went home and did a little more researching because I know for 100% these are not fake they just didnt want to do the work for 1. the serial number is under the battery compartment which fake ones dont have a serial number and on the box theres a serial number and on the side of the headphone its self has a serial number I even called Beats and they put the serial number in the computer and they told me the color of my beats and when they were registered so again my Beats were not fake I called Steve the so called manager to let him know he needed to train his staff better on this product and he acted like he could careless about what I had to say. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I feel like they didnt want to do the work to check if they were real or fake I even offered the number to beats and they didnt want it which Beats could of told them how to check if they are real or fake. I gave only 1 star so I could leave a comment but really they deserve 0 stars for poor service and rude people that work there. Theres better quality pawn shops around like Atomic pawn so Beware people out there.....

Very rude and disrespectful. My bf went in there to sell a bike yesterday, they wanted him to sell it but my bf only wanted to pawn it for $20. They said they couldnt do it because they thought that he wouldnt come back for the bike and that they would be stuck with it. This makes no sense at all. If my bf wouldve sold the bike theyd still be stuck with it. I dont understand at all. It says you can pawn but apparently not. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Very rude and disrespectful, and absolutely made no sense.

THEY LOST MY TABLET CHARGER, THEN LIED AND SAID THEY HAD ME ON CAMERA THE DAY I PAWNED IT LEAVING WITH THE CHARGER. YET THEIR POLICY REQUIRES A CHARGER WITH A TABLET. WHEN I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO REVIEW THE FOOTAGE MYSELF "IT HAD BEEN DELETED". VALUE OF CHARGER WAS AROUND $10 BUT THEYD RATHER LIE THAN BE AN HONEST BUSINESS. MONEY TO GO ON EAST BROADWAY IS HONEST, FRIENDLY, AND PAYS MORE.

Great prices!!! Very friendly staff that loves to joke around with you..if you start it lol. I buy stuff from them all of the time. Highly recommend this place. Visit them and find find out for yourself. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Atomic Pawn which is a short trip down the road. Trust me..you will not like the prices..or the hateful staff.

Ive been dealing with the people here for 10 years. NO ONE that works here has ever been rude or disrespectful to me in anyway. They are very easy to work with as well as friendly and respectful. I would recommend Cash America to everyone!

Nobody loves to have to pawn their good stuff but the guy was professional and fair. He asked me what I wanted for my stuff and I said I wanted to leave with 100.00. He looked over my stuff and offered me 120.00. A good experience.
