Very Disappointing!!!! I had read a lot of good reviews so I decided to come innovation Saturday afternoon December 10th to pawn a few items to pay a bill. The gentleman who helped me was nice but the woman who I believe was the manager a short Latina woman, she was very aloof as if she couldnt be bothered. She stood by us for about 5 minutes making a personal call, I know it was a personal call because I am fluent in Spanish. When she finally could be pulled away she looked at my 3 items, a Sony PSP Black in excellent condition with all the cables and two PSP games, Calculated Industries rap estate calculator or realtors that is not cheap and isnt your run of the mill calculator. And finally a Loius Votton purse which she informed me was fake. But she still bought it from me so buyer beware, they are selling fake merchandise possibly! So she said 20$ for everything! I informed her that she had a PSP for sale for $69.99 in the display and she said thats not what we sell it for though,which makes no sense at all. Then she refused to tell the other gentleman what the individual prices were for the items I was pawning even though he asked her twice. She even went so far as to make him redo the entire ticket because he had the items separate and she wanted them all together so she wouldnt have to say what the prices for each item were. Probably because she didnt even know where she came up with such a small number. I am very disappointed, I thought this shop would be different but now I see that they are just like all the other ripoff artists in town with a clean storefront. Dont be fooled, they will treat you badly just as they treated me. And dont buy any Louis Vutton purses from them it isnt real most likely.

My husband and and I were headed to Smyrna to try and do a pawn there after we left from making a payment to our loan company. We needed cash to purchase groceries being as we paid our last dollars to the loan co. We noticed Pawnopoly in the same strip mall so we decided to try them out. The people there were awesome and actually loaned us more than we had expected from the Smyrna pawn. We highly recommend Pawnopoly and will be doing our business there from here on out. Plus, they are just a few miles from home. Thanks Pawnopoly

Staff is nice but stuff is waayy overpriced. Used stuff at only a couple bucks less than new at other stores. Check here regularly and have never seen a price to get excited about. Once argued with a employee about the cost of an Xbox one. It was the same cost as a new one at Walmart. Had to pull it up on my phone as proof. Work on the prices. Way too high.

Pawnopoly is awesome!!! Douglas really went out of his way to get me the purse I wanted. He helps you get great deals and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have great jewelry and electronics at really good prices.I would recommend this store to anyone. They have awesome stuff and make sure you are taken care of whether is to sell, pawn, or buy.

Since the moment that I walked in the store I was greeted nicely. I was assisted by a gentleman named Douglas he was kind enough to show me around. Place is a rip off! Offered me $50 for a item valued at well over $400. Asked for social security number just to pawn something. The whole pawning process here was belittling to say the least. I will not return here ever in life.
